I have been a customer at this salon since it was opened and recently was diagnosed with skin cancer. After spending over an hour online trying to get my tans converted to spray tanning, I thought I had it handled. Until I went in and attempted to use those spray tans....imagine my surprise when the attendant (who turned out to be the manager) looks at me and asks me if I even have a membership? I attempt to explain what happened and how I dealt with it using their app only to be told by her that their app is basically useless, I need to call their client services number, which by the way, I have used in the past and wasted over an hour of my time talking to what was a 3rd grader I'm sure. Anyway, I left there and went to Classic Tan and had a wonderful experience. Asking myself why I ever gave them my money. Take some quick advice, go somewhere else. read more

I don't regularly frequent tanning salons (I actually haven't been since college), but wanted to get a base tan in anticipation of an upcoming trip. I did a little online research, but mostly chose this location for its proximity to where I live. I had quite a few questions the first night, and the girl was friendly and knowledgable. She took us (my roommate & I) on a tour of the salon, explaining each bed, and helped us to find a short-term package that worked best for us. Each visit has been pretty quick. They don't seem to have long wait times, and, as promised, the bed is super fast and effective. The desk girls are always friendly and efficient. I even visited once when the computer system was down; they handled the situation quickly and got everyone into their beds. All in all, I've had a great experience here! I won't turn into a full time tanner, but this will definitely be my spot to tan when needed. Highly recommended! read more

I just moved to the area. I have been using sun tan city for years!! Never had any problems everyone was always friendly. Not here they are rude!!! No greeting at all except a dirty look. My son who is 10 came with me and she said how old is he. I said 10 and she said when I signed up I agreed not to bring any kids under the age of 12. Really??? Wow. He is old enough to sit quietly and play games while I do a quick spray tan. But ok I will leave and I will never come back. Thanks Tory you are rude never said one nice or pleasant word to me! Didn't realize 24hr wait I rolled in at my convenience only to be told that "No it hasn't been 24 hrs. yet" What? 24 hrs. ? Never heard of such a thing@~! Classic tan didn't and doesn't have any good packages going; it's month to month translating to "Expensive" So the deal to tan here was so good that I couldn't pass it up and I tan in the instant bed; which is far better than Classic, it would take me forever to get the base I have now there. So yeah the 24 hrs. sucks I will admit to that as I like to tan when convenient to "ME" not on a 24 hr. timeline. Other than that the package and bed is Awesome. Only bad thing going is the 24 hr. wait. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 stars all day! read more

Printed off a coupon that says "Expires 12/31/16". Go in to use it and they say it expired 2 days ago. I could have came in 2 days ago to use it, but saw the 12/31/16 exp date so thought I was ok. Salesperson just kept saying "There's nothing I can do." Maybe trying honoring the coupon? She didn't care and dismissed me. She seemed pretty clueless. Just be careful because they may not honor deals, and don't care if they make it right. read more
