I had my nails done on Sunday- pictures below on Monday. I paid $28 for the manicure because I had gel polish removed ($10) and $3 extra for OPI Shine polish. When I came back they were very rude and I had to argue to get a redo. Definitely won't be back. I can go to the upscale salon down the street for $5 more, definitely will do that next time. Will not be going back. Went to get a Mani shellac and had a terrible experience. No cuticle removal, barely any filling, felt the girl was mad because I didn't want tips. Then wouldn't let me use the UV light more then 45secs. After shellac was done she put on cuticle oil and told me to wash my hands. Ummmmm aren't you supposed to do that first? Weird place for sure. Very uncomfortable environment, rude staff as well. read more

I had Chair #6 for a fill it was overpriced rushed and not done correctly. She was texting on her phone and helping other clients throughout. I always tip well and did on this occasion but it was not worth the price or the generous tip that I left. Sloppy unprofessional work. Will not be a repeat customer. Lesson Learned. read more

I WILL NOT BE BACK! I having been going there for 15 years for pedicures and they used to be wonderful and it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. This morning I walked in at 10:01 a.m. From the second I walked in, I was rushed to my chair, rushed to choose a color, rushed to choose the kind of pedicure I wanted (#2, which was supposed to last for 35 minutes), rushed to take my feet in and out of the water, no extra time was spent doing any type of massage or foot rub. By 10:24 a.m. (a whopping 23 minutes later), my pedicure was done and I was told to get out of the chair and go dry my nails at the card table station set up they had. Nothing, I mean NOTHING, about this experience was relaxing and enjoying. Not only that, my daughter was meeting me there and we wanted to sit next to each other so we could catch up, and they told her to sit 9 seats away from me. Higher prices and shorter pedicures times = less of a tip, which is what I did. I felt like I was on an assembly line. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I have been to this salon twice now. I enjoy the fact that they get you in and out. The quality of work however is another story. I have only had waxing and pedicures here, both times i have no been satisfied with the pedicure services. The most recent visit i was charged for the $47 pedi when i told them i only wanted the $27 service and both times they have failed to properly clean from beneath the toe nail. For these reasons i will not go back to the salon. The waxing was really good and looks good, but not enough to bring me back. Bye bye sun nails. read more

I used to enjoy coming to this place because the staff is nice and it's well kept. I stopped getting my nails done here because I was always rushed and that ended in my nails always not being how I asked. So I stuck to pedicures. My last pedicure left me with an infected toe. I asked for my cuticle on my toes to not be clipped but the guy did it anyway. While clipping the side of my toe nail he cut me. He sprayed some stuff on it then apologized only to later on say "oh I'm not sure how that happened you must have came in like that". I'm positive I didn't and he seen the blood. My toe ended up becoming infected and pus filled which I had to take care of. read more

This nail salon is absolutely horrible. I go here from time to time but the most recent time i was very disappointed. 1 of my acrylic nails broke only 3 days after i had gotten them done. I went to go fix them and I told the guy who was working on my nails and he told me "they long they break" ummm???? no. after i got it fixed, 2 more broke. they don't even deserve one star. read more

Hella convenient hours. Loved that this place is open on Sunday and still closes around 5pm. I needed a last minute gel pedicure and nails. Was able to get a nail tech right away. They have a pretty decent selection of OPI Gel and polishes. My nail tech stayed with me from start to finish. It costed around $70 including the tip. A bit pricey for something basic but was worth it since my nails lasted about 2 weeks. read more

I come here all the time and I never had an issue until today. I walked in and they told me it's a 10 minute wait so I waited 30 minutes until they put me in a chair then I waited about 15 minutes in the chair with no help. Then David looked at my nails and I told him these are my NATURAL NAILS and I don't want them cut, he continued to be really aggressive with my nails and he chopped them all off and uneven when I told him not to. he told me we can soak them off for 20 minutes. So he put my hands in some acetone solution and left me there with my hands in the acetone for 50 minutes!! to where my hands got dry and white. Then 3 other people started drilling at my nails to where they all gave up because there was nothing more they can do. After all that another guy came and drilled all the acrylic powder off and told me it's $5. I told him I'm not paying for this because i was there for 2 hours and no one helped me and the people that did botched my nails. Then at the end they tried switching the price and charged me $12 for a removal. The customer service sucks and they're very unprofessional and rude and so inconsiderate. I wish I could give this place 0 stars I will definitely not be coming back. Do not come here unless it's Ken because he cares about his clients and does a great job. read more

If I could give this place millions of negative starts I would. Went for a simple pedicure and ended up with a horrible infection on both of my big toes that is UNTOUCHABLE by antibiotics. My doctors were astonished that I had gone through 3 courses of antibiotics and was still in pain. yesterday I had both of my big toenails REMOVED because of this place! There was nothing else for the doctors to do. I will never be returning and they should watch themselves as I consider taking legal action against them. So disgusting and unsterile. read more

I have been going to sun nails for about 2 years now and never had a problem. However, I have recently noticed that my shellac polish does not last more than a few days. This happened to me on several occasions. But I went into sun nails on a Friday afternoon about two weeks ago to get my nails done for an event on Saturday. During the event, two of my nails chipped for no apparent reason. I went in the next day and asked one of the nail techs to fix my nails before I had to drive out of town. As he was repairing my nails, he noticed that the rest of the shellac polish on my nails easily peeled off in one whole piece. Clearly this means the previous person did a poor job doing my nails. He repaired 4 of my nails but the rest of my nails peeled off about 2-3 days later. When I returned from my out of town trip, I went back and had someone else fix all of my nails. They were nice enough not to charge me for the repairs. But GUESS WHAT...they started chipping about 2 days later. It looks like the shellac polish is very thin, almost similar to regular nail polish. I'm VERY disappointed in the fast and rushed service I have been receiving. I also believe that the quality of shellac polish has also declined. I don't think I will be getting my nails done here anymore. read more

Literally just walked out! Sat in the pedicure chair and the technician they had doing my pedicure was new and I'm all for helping the new employee but she literally started going at my cuticles before my feet even touched the water. I was trying to be patient but she clearly didn't know what she was doing I asked for a different tech (while still giving her $20 for her time because I felt bad) that's when it became an even bigger issue I was not helped or talked to until I put my shoes on. Asked to speak to the manager he told me "find someone better" and hung up. So yeah I definitely won't be stepping foot in this place! The only good thing about this place are Adam and Leo! Just had the worst pedicure ever. It literally took him 20 minutes. He left my big toes different lengths and left a chip in the acrylic on one of them. And he was rude. I would never go back. I should have just walked out like I wanted to. And they charge an extra $1 for using your debit card. They are only worried about shuffeling through as many people as they can. They are starting to use a very cheap gel and acrylic ! Within 6 hours of having my nails done one broke completely off and damaged my real nail. I showed the manager my receipt and pictures proving the timing and the manager still said I was responsible for paying. read more
