If I can give this place a zero I would !! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure I waited 30 mins before they even started with me and that's fine I understand that things get behind. What makes me give it a one star as I waited to get a pedicure I noticed they don't sanitize any of the tools they are using they just use it from one person to an other and the food scrubber still had dead skin on it from the last person. when a customer was done getting a pedicure they didn't even wash there bowl they just put another plastic over it without cleaning!! When I noticed all this I was in a mid pedicure and I started to panic and told them I had to leave and couldn't wait for a manicure. I will not be going back to this place. read more

love this place fast service friendly . Josh is the best llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

I had my nails done on Sunday- pictures below on Monday. I paid $28 for the manicure because I had gel polish removed ($10) and $3 extra for OPI Shine polish. When I came back they were very rude and I had to argue to get a redo. Definitely won't be back. I can go to the upscale salon down the street for $5 more, definitely will do that next time. Also, can't put tip on credit card- what does that say about the taxes they are likely paying?? read more

Will not be going back. Went to get a Mani shellac and had a terrible experience. No cuticle removal, barely any filling, felt the girl was mad because I didn't want tips. Then wouldn't let me use the UV light more then 45secs. After shellac was done she put on cuticle oil and told me to wash my hands. Ummmmm aren't you supposed to do that first? Weird place for sure. Very uncomfortable environment, rude staff as well. read more

I had Chair #6 for a fill it was overpriced rushed and not done correctly. She was texting on her phone and helping other clients throughout. I always tip well and did on this occasion but it was not worth the price or the generous tip that I left. Sloppy unprofessional work. Will not be a repeat customer. Lesson Learned. read more

Such a dirty place! it looks like the places and equipment has never been cleaned before. Definitely never sanitized. There are so many better places. avoid at all costs. Would not recommend read more

I have been to this salon twice now. I enjoy the fact that they get you in and out. The quality of work however is another story. I have only had waxing and pedicures here, both times i have no been satisfied with the pedicure services. The most recent visit i was charged for the $47 pedi when i told them i only wanted the $27 service and both times they have failed to properly clean from beneath the toe nail. For these reasons i will not go back to the salon. The waxing was really good and looks good, but not enough to bring me back. Bye bye sun nails. read more

Horrible customer service. I visited a nail tech named Ken who refused to do my nails due to my race. He flicked me off got in my face and told me fuck you. The owner just stood there allowing his employee to act in this manner l. Extremely disrespectful, a paying customer who was treated in this manner. I gave them so many chances but now I'm fed up. read more

I used to enjoy coming to this place because the staff is nice and it's well kept. I stopped getting my nails done here because I was always rushed and that ended in my nails always not being how I asked. So I stuck to pedicures. My last pedicure left me with an infected toe. I asked for my cuticle on my toes to not be clipped but the guy did it anyway. While clipping the side of my toe nail he cut me. He sprayed some stuff on it then apologized only to later on say "oh I'm not sure how that happened you must have came in like that". I'm positive I didn't and he seen the blood. My toe ended up becoming infected and pus filled which I had to take care of. read more

This nail salon is absolutely horrible. I go here from time to time but the most recent time i was very disappointed. 1 of my acrylic nails broke only 3 days after i had gotten them done. I went to go fix them and I told the guy who was working on my nails and he told me "they long they break" ummm???? no. after i got it fixed, 2 more broke. they don't even deserve one star. read more

I WILL NOT BE BACK! I having been going there for 15 years for pedicures and they used to be wonderful and it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. This morning I walked in at 10:01 a.m. From the second I walked in, I was rushed to my chair, rushed to choose a color, rushed to choose the kind of pedicure I wanted (#2, which was supposed to last for 35 minutes), rushed to take my feet in and out of the water, no extra time was spent doing any type of massage or foot rub. By 10:24 a.m. (a whopping 23 minutes later), my pedicure was done and I was told to get out of the chair and go dry my nails at the card table station set up they had. Nothing, I mean NOTHING, about this experience was relaxing and enjoying. Not only that, my daughter was meeting me there and we wanted to sit next to each other so we could catch up, and they told her to sit 9 seats away from me. Higher prices and shorter pedicures times = less of a tip, which is what I did. I felt like I was on an assembly line. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Hella convenient hours. Loved that this place is open on Sunday and still closes around 5pm. I needed a last minute gel pedicure and nails. Was able to get a nail tech right away. They have a pretty decent selection of OPI Gel and polishes. My nail tech stayed with me from start to finish. It costed around $70 including the tip. A bit pricey for something basic but was worth it since my nails lasted about 2 weeks. read more

Do not go here! They charge so much for crap! They don't do anything special, crappy designs, they rush through application, and your nails look like shit soon after! Can't believe I was paying so much, when I found another salon that does "holo, chrome, poly gel, bling" for cheaper. read more

I come here all the time and I never had an issue until today. I walked in and they told me it's a 10 minute wait so I waited 30 minutes until they put me in a chair then I waited about 15 minutes in the chair with no help. Then David looked at my nails and I told him these are my NATURAL NAILS and I don't want them cut, he continued to be really aggressive with my nails and he chopped them all off and uneven when I told him not to. he told me we can soak them off for 20 minutes. So he put my hands in some acetone solution and left me there with my hands in the acetone for 50 minutes!! to where my hands got dry and white. Then 3 other people started drilling at my nails to where they all gave up because there was nothing more they can do. After all that another guy came and drilled all the acrylic powder off and told me it's $5. I told him I'm not paying for this because i was there for 2 hours and no one helped me and the people that did botched my nails. Then at the end they tried switching the price and charged me $12 for a removal. The customer service sucks and they're very unprofessional and rude and so inconsiderate. I wish I could give this place 0 stars I will definitely not be coming back. Do not come here unless it's Ken because he cares about his clients and does a great job. read more

I like this place because it's fast, quick, and cheap. But also my nails break so easily so quickly every time I go. They're good with designs but Id only recommend going if you are in a hurry because they don't do a great job or take their time read more

Very nice and friendly workers. Enjoy getting my nails done here. The workers make you feel comfortable and i never have to wait.

i just got my nails done there and i had previously had acrylics on. they didn't even soak them like how they usually do. the lady just took another acrylic and continued to pry it off. my finger started bleeding from how harsh it was and she put nail glue on it. should've just walked out right then and there. read more

I have been going to sun nails for about 2 years now and never had a problem. However, I have recently noticed that my shellac polish does not last more than a few days. This happened to me on several occasions. But I went into sun nails on a Friday afternoon about two weeks ago to get my nails done for an event on Saturday. During the event, two of my nails chipped for no apparent reason. I went in the next day and asked one of the nail techs to fix my nails before I had to drive out of town. As he was repairing my nails, he noticed that the rest of the shellac polish on my nails easily peeled off in one whole piece. Clearly this means the previous person did a poor job doing my nails. He repaired 4 of my nails but the rest of my nails peeled off about 2-3 days later. When I returned from my out of town trip, I went back and had someone else fix all of my nails. They were nice enough not to charge me for the repairs. But GUESS WHAT...they started chipping about 2 days later. It looks like the shellac polish is very thin, almost similar to regular nail polish. I'm VERY disappointed in the fast and rushed service I have been receiving. I also believe that the quality of shellac polish has also declined. I don't think I will be getting my nails done here anymore. read more

Literally just walked out! Sat in the pedicure chair and the technician they had doing my pedicure was new and I'm all for helping the new employee but she literally started going at my cuticles before my feet even touched the water. I was trying to be patient but she clearly didn't know what she was doing I asked for a different tech (while still giving her $20 for her time because I felt bad) that's when it became an even bigger issue I was not helped or talked to until I put my shoes on. Asked to speak to the manager he told me "find someone better" and hung up. So yeah I definitely won't be stepping foot in this place! The only good thing about this place are Adam and Leo! They are always pleasant. read more

I had acrylics and tried to take them off at home. I found out they have MMA which is gooy nails and is illegal to use in the USA. It makes a persons nails so disgusting and brittle looking. Definitely a shitty place that doesn't value its customers. :))) f u guys read more

Just had the worst pedicure ever. It literally took him 20 minutes. He left my big toes different lengths and left a chip in the acrylic on one of them. And he was rude. I would never go back. I should have just walked out like I wanted to. And they charge an extra $1 for using your debit card. They are only worried about shuffeling through as many people as they can. They run it like a sweatshop. read more

The worst service ever. Also very rude employees. Came in late 5 minutes for an appointment and they wouldn't take us and they all started talking in their language and it was very clear that it was towards us. read more

First time ever getting my nails done, and the lady did not make me feel welcomed at all. I asked for regular polish and left with gel without knowing. When I asked questions she wouldn't even answer me but talked to a coworker beside her in the Chinese language. Probably mocking me. Poor service with new customers. read more

This place is good but, only if your luck to get a person that knows what they are doing. There are only about three people there who do. The person that did my nails did a horrible job and if I tried to say anything he would aggressive blame me. Please don't get Henry, he just doesn't know how to do nails. Henry if you read this, I know you tried but seriously practice. I am sorry but if this is what you are doing for a living you need to work at it. This is not the first time this has happened with him. read more

This place sucks its suppose to be 20 and the tip is 25 and he legit scammed me and said ok that's 25 pretending like that was the real price. Plus he was so sloppy. I don't name names usually but the worker was Jason. I'm saying this cause he was also aggressive and not Pilate! 0/10 read more
