I have to honestly say if I didn't pay for this through my insurance I would definitely have walked out already. I am writing this review as I go into a 4 hour wait time. Ridiculous. Schedules need to improve for patron satisfaction. I can't even commit on the quality of the work since I am still waiting. Don't book a service unless you seriously have all day to sit in a waiting area with no heat. It's freezing! It's still winter here in New Jersey you need to put the heat on. Not good !!!!
