I'd go back again, earlier in the day when the food trays are being replenished. I would probably go for made to order seafood, instead of the the food that's just sitting. Gallego wasn't a total NO. Tipping should always be a customer's choice, not something taken without asking. It's disappointing to see a place that had so much potential decline like this.
