Yes they charged me for a diagnostic which I acknowledged and agreed too, but my Nextdoor neighbor put it on his machine and told me in 30 seconds that my battery needed to be replaced. I took my car to my mechanic and he changed the belt that was recommended but my original belt was in great condition. 1st Choice Auto broke the clamps that hold my air filter in place. And they also did not change my oil that I paid almost $70. After a week and a half when my mechanic drained my fresh oil that they claimed to have changed, it was really dark and really thick. We are thinking they just added more oil into the oil already in my car instead of doing an oil change. Also they didn't put the correct oil for my car. I will never go there again. This is ridiculous and grimey for a company to do. I'm angry and disgusted. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years and have never experienced this. Shame on this company for lying, deceiving, and basically stealing money from their customers. Whatever you do, do NOT bring your cars here.
