As soon as I opened my car door, the rudeness started. I asked the employee if he wanted me to leave it running and he barked back at me as though he were a police officer who had pulled me over and I was displaying suspicious behavior. I kind of laughed it off and got out of the car. I stepped to an area behind my car and off to the side when he barked another order at me. He told me to step away from the vehicle in a loud, authoritarian manner. I had enough and asked him if he thought he was a cop who'd just pulled me over. He told me they had rules and if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. So I did. We yelled at one another for a couple of minutes and then I pulled away. The man who conducted the test was a jerk! Didn't speak and was very unprofessional!! Then after charging me $25 told me that the test was an automatic fail because of the check engine light! I guess I should have known that, but he also could have told me before starting the test!! Awful customer service!! I will come back but only because they will test for free within 30 days. Came back same day as I got the issue fixed. Tech still a jerk and played games on his phone the entire time of inspection. Definitely never coming back here again. (No eye contact at all or please stated) Me: Sure. How are you? I hope you're day is going well. (While standing in front of the door so he can do his work) Worker: STEP BACK FROM THE CAR! Me: (Backing up from the car) is everything ok, boss? Worker: BACK AWAY FROM THE CAR! Me: Umm... you know what, I'm going to just go somewhere else. Worker: OK! Let me tell you something, I was HOTTTT!!! Don't try to take my money but treat me as though I'm not good enough to treat me with respect or as though I'm beneath you! I came here today to get an emissions test and the guy working here was so rude I was asking him where I needed to park at and to get some info on prices Ect. Ect. And he was very rude to me! He even asked me "you don't know how to just pull forward" so I asked should I leave and he told me that was fine so i left and now I'm on my way to another place that will appreciate my hard earned money read more

I will NEVER use this location again. The tech was extremely rude. He NEVER greeted me, said thank you, or even looked at me. Only gave hand gestures. The cost IS NOT POSTED. When I tried to pay him cash - he took the money then said he didn't have change and I could go next door. I gave him my card instead and after swiping it - instead of handing it back to me he left it sitting on his station. As others have noted - this tech is beyond RUDE!!! He kept on his phone the whole time, and then charged me $25 - what station still charges that much? Way to go QUICK EMISSIONS - keep this up and you all will be out of business.
