In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

The service was very good. They were prompt; they explained my options; they gave me up-front pricing. I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services aren't the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.

Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

My car is getting older and as it's aged, these guys are doing a fantastic job of keeping it in excellent shape. The Palmers are honest and professional and are bonafide experts when it comes to VWs and Audis. It's really a shame they don't specialize in other makes. Mikel does most of the work these days and I feel very fortunate and proud to have him as my mechanic. He's helped me do everything from simple oil changes and preventative maintenance to replacing worn out parts such as brakes, a thermostat, sensors (O2, MAF), and CV boots. At $65 per hour, their labor rates are the best. For comparison purposes, years ago, I had a local dealership replace a CV boot for almost $300. Mikel replaced one for me for less than $130. Not only are the rates great, but the quality of work is excellent as well. I can attest to this after almost 10 visits. I plan to have Mikel do my timing belt and water pump when that's due. It's great to be able to talk to the person working on your car instead of being assigned a new "service advisor" each time. Sometimes, I ask Mikel to show me parts he's replaced on my car because I'm curious to look at them. He's always more than happy to. I had spoken with another business and did not get the impression that they were confident with the work that needed to be done. So after meditating on it, I decided to give European and domestic auto care a call and they met and exceeded my expectation from start to finish.
