This place is an average donut stop... So why do I give it 5 stars??? Three main reasons from my personal experience only so its only an opinion... 1. They have the best coffee and pastries: I have came to this establishment for over 2 years and have never had a cup of burnt, cold or old coffee. The staff will even make you a fresh batch just so you don't get the bottom of the barrel taste... If you know what I mean As for pastries, they are superb because the owner does take pride and make everything in their shop. I love their ham and cheese croissants, its never salty and there's always enough cheese. Oh, did I mention, they are not stingy with their cream cheese if you order a bagel with cream cheese! That's always a plus!!! 2. They are cash only!!! I already know my breakfast regime and its always $4.10 which is awesome! Yeah yeah yeah its a plastic world but this is sweet because you're not charged additional for taxes and using a machine. Just saying it's worth it especially if a good one stop shop for drinks and pastries is what you need! 3. Finally their service is pretty awesome. I know some peeps will have a bad experience and we are all humans and have "bad days" which is understandable but... I have never had anyone in this donut shop give me attitude, grief, let alone dirty looks! They are all super nice, make suggestions and actually socialize with their customers! They're have been a couple of times were im short a couple of cents and they have let me slide by, but the next time or day I do come back and pay the difference even if its 10 cents. This is a traditional donut and coffee stop that my pops use to go to and I'm proud to say this is on stop for my everyday busy life! There are some disadvantages but not d to poor service or quality, but are good to know! First the parking is a bit hectic, meaning when coming in to park... Lets face it fremont and valley are both busy streets so from 8am-10am and 2pm-6pm GOOD LUCK! Another thing they run out quick of their croissants and the more popular pastries due to high demand... Which is a good thing that just shows us they're super yummy. But that's just my opinion and my experience with this joint! First time here ever and lady gave me the wrong donut. I have no idea how she switched it between when I pointed it out and saw her pick it up and then walk over to the counter to pay. But when I got outside and looked into the bag it was the wrong donut. I then turned right around ( less than 30 sec) and went back in to point out the mistake and the lady would not switch the donut. She said I had already touched it, even though I assured her I had not. Whatever lady you wanna screw new customers over a $1 donut go for it!!!! Do not buy "Donut's" from this Donut Shop... one word "Flies"! So its Thursday early evening on my way home from work... why not get some donut's for breakfast tomorrow. Me: (Walk in tell the young guy behind the counter) I'll take a half dozen donuts to go. Young Guy: Sure sir what can I get you from this tray, this tray, this tray or this tray. Their Ice Blended Coffee drinks are made with ice cream added! *insert heart eyes emoji* Basically its a super sweet and rich heart attack in a cup that I love! It is a bit on the sweet side, so those of you who like your teas and drinks 1/2 sugar or less, don't order one of these unless you are in need of a sugar rush! The donuts are pretty light and fluffy. Only thing is that it is a bit old looking and the parking situation is difficult if you are trying to get her during the rush hour times. A pleasant little donut shop with some croissants that tastes more like bread then like a flaky croissant and bear claws that are very nice with not too much filling. The staff is so pleasant and so friendly and so smiley it's like being served by one of your very best friends. This is one of many standard, run-of-the-mill donut shops in town. Seating is limited (about 4 booths) and they appeared to be cash only (I had cash on me, so I didn't bother looking for a Visa terminal). The selection wasn't all that great, but that was probably because I came right after the peak morning breakfast rush. I was about to leave - donutless- until I saw her in my peripheral vision. A stark naked Apple Fritter, spread eagle in the display window, beckoning me over for a culinary romp in the sack - another deviation from an otherwise monogamous relationship with healthier food. I paid for her time and brought her back to my car. As expected, her crispy exterior and soft center made each bite a more joyous one. The Apple Fritter, in my humble opinion, is among the finest of the Donut God's creation. And this one was no exception. The amalgam of flavors sent a shiver down my spine, the kind of shiver that only an Apple Fritter (or perhaps a beautiful woman) could provide. When I was done, I hung my head in shame and started up my car (BTW, there's ample parking provided in a private lot). Worst donut spot ever. I was doing my laundry next door in the morning and wanted a donut and coffee. When i look at there donut case i saw FLYS. When i notified the lady she just shoot them away and try to sell me the same donuts. So if you like donuts with flys this might be your spot. Lol. read more

Have been coming here in the morning for years, super nice friendly customer service. Donuts are always fresh, same with the coffee. The lady is always nice and helpful in the morning. They have everything in this donuts shop; ice cream, soft drinks, Thai tea, homemade banana, strawberry, and cinnamon crumb cake, and also have freshly made sandwiches! Aso very cheap and affordable. Only Donut Shop I go to when I'm craving something sweet. Recommended!! The bad reviews seems like it's the one time customer that goes in and likes to complained about everything they don't seem to fit their liking.
