We contacted the company to request a replacement, but after reaching out, we never received a response or any resolution. They also damaged our sprinkler system, which had been working properly before the project began. They wanted to charge us additional money to repair it, even though the damage occurred during their work. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience and cannot recommend Juda Builders. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend hiring a different contractor and looking elsewhere for your home improvement projects.

In the two years since the project wrapped up, a few things have come up--and just like my friend said, Micky stood by his word and took care of them. His pricing was fair as well. Later, "Jacob" called me back later and expressed condescending concern that I had ONLY a $150K budget. I told him that's where the budget starts, not ends and asked him what the true cost was. He responded back that it's between $300 and $450 a square foot. So I told him, "Okay, if my calculations are correct, if I go with $350 a square foot so I'm not at the rock bottom, and I multiply that by 600 sq ft for a small ADU, that is roughly $210K for a price starting point with your company?" "Well no it's not exactly... "Then what did I miss?" "Well there's all sorts of other things blah blah blah..." Overall the tone was condescending and he made it clear that I didn't know what I was talking about, when in fact I have 15 years experience as a home designer that designs and budgets facelifts on houses that are about to go up for sale. I have dealt with contractors for many, many years. Eventually I got fed up with his tone and told him to cancel the appointment. As my grandma always said, you'll catch more flies with honey than hot sauce!
