I cannot say enough great things about this company. Monday our HVAC unit was blowing air but not…read morecold air. Called Loves and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Nathan showed up and was amazing! Unfortunately our system was not so great and basically died completely. Nathan tried everything he could but the situation was out of his hands. He quickly called the office and within an hour had Zia at our home to talk new systems. We were not expecting to need to purchase a new system and were pretty short on time, but Zia was amazing and explained everything in a quick manner. He answered all questions we had, and found the right system for us. Zia worked so fast that he was able to secure us an installation date for Friday of that week and not make us late to pick up our kids from school. Since we had to replace our roof last October, I had questions about how to not compromise our roof warranty with this work being done. Zia was once again amazing and did everything he could to explain everything and even 3-way called me and their roofing company so that I felt confident in what was going to be done. Today (Friday) Timothy and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Took about 6-7 hours to take down and install. Cleaned up really nicely and answered all questions we had. Even a silly question I had about filters. Overall this experience was as easy as possible considering the situation. Let's face it, replacing an HVAC unit is not cheap by any means, but Nathan, Zia and Timothy's crew really helped make this unfortunate situation a little easier. Thank you Loves Air!

They were professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, hardworking, and they took the time to answer our questions and keep everything clean and done right. For example, Santiago built us a custom drainage pipe, Wyatt and Andrew applying extra touch up work. We truly appreciate their attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent customer service!

I called Airway early Monday morning and Scott was able to come out by 10am. Scott's fee was exceedingly reasonable and he was on his way out in time for me to keep an 11:30 obligation I had. He even made sure to go outside and check the exterior condenser unit to make sure it was going. I will happily use Airway in the future for any of my AC and furnace needs!

Before the technician came out, I did tell Air Tech scheduler that I have to leave by 1130am that day for work and technician came around 9am. Anyway, when I got home from work, the heater didn't turn on because thermostat was set to a specific temperature and inside the house was at least 4-5 degrees colder. Over the weekend, I left a message and I think it was Kim who called back. 2nd Technician came out and it was Nathan. He had to leave and problem wasn't solved and he ran out of time and had to come back again which he needed authorization for so I don't have to keep paying for the same visit when the problem wasn't solved. 3rd Visit: Nathan figured it out and solved it.
