I went with the level three dark and I'm so glad I did, at first with the bronzer it's a little scary but it washes off the next morning and your left with this beautiful bronzed skin! My friend recommended me to Rowena. I love that her hours are flexible so I was able to come later at night and work around my crazy schedule. Also since it is mid-August and you're supposed to minimize any sweating after, it was better that it was night time. Her website gives good before and after care tips, so I would recommend reading those. If you're new to this like me, Rowena is the sweetest at walking you through everything and making you feel comfortable for the whole process. As for what to wear: think as skimpy as possible. Ladies, you have the option to go topless or even bottomless, depending on your comfort level and how badly you don't want tan lines. You stand in the booth and face different directions as Rowena ensures that you are sprayed evenly. Going home that evening was kind of the funky part because I didn't want to rub/scratch so as to let the tan set as best as possible. The bronzer top layer is very dark and once I got home I looked like an exotic animal. But Rowena had already reassured me that the bronzer will wash off once you shower and not to be alarmed. The next morning after showering and moisturizing I was in awe of my tan. I was the bronziest (word? probably not) I've ever been. In some weird way my color was something I could never achieve by laying out at a pool or beach, yet still looked wonderfully natural. How that worked I'm still trying to figure out myself. I was very much in love with the results and now I get how some people make this process a habit.

While the front desk staff member was amazing, the manager's behavior (Dee) was extremely rude and condescending. She mocked our nicknames and made several unnecessary phone calls to us both for simple approvals, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Pricing goes up even if you want to renew, and they imply you need to buy the tanning creams they sell because the owner says so. I ignored and brought my own in because you will get them cheaper online. Need to use those stickers because you forgot your eye goggles? 77 cents. There is no doubt that if a plastic surgery with a laser was available, you would see them push it. They are seriously lucky there isn't a competitor around OV up in the northern part. Because if there was, their approach wouldn't fly. But their clients would.
