I asked for an explanation but was told they worked within industry standards and the bill was sent to my insurance company. If the insurance company pays it they get to "adjust" the price.

Don't fall for it, this is big corporate greed, one bad review doesn't make a difference only care this company has is if your insurance can pay. They have awful craftsmanship, like middle school kids doing jobs (except the floor but they sub contract that) that company for me was excellent. They can't paint, level a counter, even our stove is now uneven. Stay away!
