DO NOT TRUST the good reviews or this company. Bradley was unreliable and confused throughout our interactions. Even to the point of sending me an invoice for work that was never completed and at one point telling me over the phone that they had already finished the work at our home, when the truth was they had never even shown up. Sparkletime also charges much more than the other vendor quotes I received for the same scope of work. Take your money elsewhere, there are many options in the valley and this should not be one. read more

We had Sparkletime clean our windows. While they quoted us one amount to clean both the exterior and interior, they charged us an additional $5 per screen just to remove them and reinstall them. They didn't even clean them. In addition, they broke the screen tabs off over half the screens and also bent one of the screens. Several of the windows had streaks and smears along the corners and edges and to make matters worse, the missed one window all together even though they walked right by it twice. I spoke to the manager who tried to justify their hourly rate of over $220 stating that they were journeymen with a skill set justifying that rate. However, the results clearly did not reflect that. He offered to have someone come out and clean the remaining window, however the thought of having them back in our house was not something we were interested in. We will never use their service again and I would strongly recommend that you avoid them as there are several other quality service providers at much more affordable rates. read more

I used this service for the first time and I was very disappointed. I was charged over $800 and one guy showed up to do a 5,000 SF house. The glass was clean, but I paid extra to clean the screens & tracks, which were less than 50% clean. Also. one of my screen doors is broken, several window screens were broken and one window shade was broken. The worker left all the debris on the floor for me to clean up! After calling to complain, I received no apology. The same guy came back the next day & fixed the shade & clean a bit more, but the tracks & screens are still not clean & my screen door is still not working. read more

We called Sparkletime just before Scottsdale Christian Church was shooting a promotional video. Our building is has three complete exterior walls of glass. Makes for a beautiful building, but a real hardship when trying to make sure the windows are free of streaks. Communication from Sparkletime was great, I really appreciated the follow up. The tech was prompt, friendly, and was super efficient, and left us with beautiful windows inside and out. Something has happened to this company that delivered customer service beyond a customer's expectations. Had great service in the past. Last time the serviceman was late and did a mediocre job at best. Thought I'd give them another chance. 30 minutes after they were to have shown up today, I called to see if they were coming. Bradley couldn't remember our appointment (duh...look at the schedule), said he'd have to call the field mgr to see what happened. 15 min later he called back to say they'd had a truck breakdown. That happens, I understand. But the truck breakdown was 25 min. after they should have been here and no one called me. Of course Bradley tried to reschedule in the next few days, but that would be "fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me". read more

Bradley and Pedro are awesome. Highly recommend this company. Pedro offered to take a few minutes to cut off some palm fronds that were making access to one of the windows tough. Another company (during another wash) just said, "We can't clean that window as we couldn't access it." Pedro went above and beyond and earned a little something something extra in the process! I have had this company clean my windows for8 years. After this year, never again. Broke a screen, bent the frame on the house, never cleaned the sills, had to come back for streaks, and costs lots more than previously. I had referred them to several of my friends and they were very disappointed this year. read more

I used Sparkle Time and they did a good job. I gave them a referral for my good friend who now uses them routinely. Unfortunately for me when I called back to rescheduled another cleaning I was told by the that they were not coming out to my area for a few weeks. He promised to call me back in 2 weeks to schedule me and I never heard from him. I called back several times and left a voicemail message. I never received a return call or a thank you for the successful referral. Too bad. I will not use them again!! read more

I was left underwhelmed with Sparkletime's services. On the positive side, they were responsive and professional in their communications and in providing an estimate. The company representative was on time, polite and neat. However, he was in a big hurry to rush through and finish the job. He did a good job on my windows but never cleaned the window tracks. He did a marginal job on my screens. He also put all the screens on backwards. For the money, I wish I had gone with another company. read more

Typically, I am able to put up with a company's unpleasantries. However, Sparkle Time has delivered arguably the worst customer experience I have had yet. There were water streaks left on nearly all of the windows and instead of taking responsibility for it and re-doing it, we had to explicitly tell them that they were leaving water streaks. Furthermore, my husband had informed the servicemen not once, but twice to be cautious around our gas lanterns. Upon checking the lanterns subsequent to their leaving, three of them had broken igniters. The total repair will cost $600. I would not recommend using Sparkle Time under any circumstances. Find a company that respects its customers and their property. read more

I hired SparkleTime Window Cleaning to clean our two story house on 3/21/14. On 3/22/14 we noticed broken tiles along the second story window ledge that were not previously there. I have had two roofing companies come out to give us bids on repair of the roof and possible causes of the breakage. They both told us that the roof tiles were caused by someone stepping on the roof tiles incorrectly. SparkleTime Window Cleaning refuses to take fault for the damage they caused to our roof. This visit was after they attempted to clean our windows last fall. We waited all day for the cleaning crew to arrive as they were to arrive in the morning, only to have them come and rush through the window cleaning late in the day and tell us they had to leave because they could not get overtime. They left streaks of dirty water inside our house located under the windows that they cleaned in their rush. read more
