(Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

Then before he left, he thought to give it one last check and the handle broke. It wasn't his fault but he felt so responsible. I am temporarily laid up with a broken ankle and really depend on that bath. Mark had the part shipped overnight so he could get things working right. He certainly did not have to go that extra mile. If you're looking for a plumber who will treat your home as it was his own, Mark is the guy. He's prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious and honest. I joke that Yelp is my little food blog sometimes because I will forget that I've been to places…read moreand check out reviews only to see my own. This wasn't quite the same. I remember using D. E. Mathieu a few years back. I was a fool and forgot to remove the hoses from the spigots before the freeze. The pipe burst and sprayed water all over my basement. The good news is, it only occurred when we tried to use the spigot. I couldn't remember who I used but then I remember I wrote a review on yelp. I called them back up and he came out the next day. He fixed the one bib and then graciously adjusted one of the washers on the other because the seal had gotten loose. He told us nicely to make sure we remove the hoses. I'm pretty sure I won't forget next time!

Update 4/22/25 - Unfortunately, I have to update my previous good review. I contacted David to…read moreinform him that when I turn on my outdoor spigot that my carpet gets wet inside my home in the same area that is near the repaired hose bib. When he left my house on 4/4 he stated that he would return if there was any issue relating to the repairs that he personally worked on. Now, when I initially contacted him on 4/16 regarding this ongoing matter, he was very dismissive. I got the impression that he did not want to come back out to inspect the issue. He asked me to look at my water meter below my stairs to see if something was spinning. I have no clue as I'm not a Plumber. I sent a photo. I asked if he wouldn't mind coming back out to see what the issue was. He just responded "ok". I didn't hear back so I followed up with him on today 4/22 and his response is to call back out the contractors that I had cut a hole in my wall for him to fix the repair initially. My insurance was covering the costs of those contractors due to unrelated water damage. So now he wants me to pay for contractors to come back out, cut another hole in my wall, repair drywall and repaint so he can inspect the hose bib that he attempted to repair. As his response was if he came out there's nothing he would be able to see without the hole being cut. I am beyond frustrated. Of course I'm not doing that. So I essentially I paid David a little over $300 for nothing. I still can't use my spigot without water leaking into my home. I now have to say that I do not recommend his services based on my recent experience. I'm rating him 2 stars because he made himself available initially with the quick turnaround. Although, I still have the same issue that he came to repair. And I asked several times if the hose bib that he repaired was the issue (while contractors were still present and the hole was still open) and he assured me that is was and stated that he showed me the pipe with the hole in it. Welp, if it was not sure why I still can't use my spigot and have wet carpet when it's turned on as well as potential risk of water flooding my home again if it were to be turned on for a period of time. Initial review: David was "Johnny-on-the-spot" as they say. I'm very grateful. I contacted him on Yelp on Thursday 4/3 with an extremely tight window for Friday 4/4 to repair a Hose Bib while my contractors were present so they could cut a hole in the wall to allow him to do the repair. With less than a days notice he was able to oblige. He was punctual, fairly priced and made the repair quickly. I highly recommend David's services!
