The most unprofessional business listing it as triple A is a lie. Single A if that. Rude owner…read more Uses damaged equipment to damage your stuff. Has no honor. Please see first review. Spot on accurate. I would not recommend this guy to my enemy.

My review is on AAA Kc's Lock Service that is listed at 995 Brumitt Road, Gallatin, TN…read more Before I get into my experience, I would like to note that if you Google 995 Brumitt Rd, Gallatin, TN 37066, you will find that there is no such address. Also, if you look up that address with the county government they, too, say there is no such address. So, apparently this person has given a fake address. AAA Kc's Lock Service is only one obnoxious man with a cell phone. I called what I thought was a business telephone number only to have the call answered with a man yelling, "HEY, YOU GET IT LATER!" and a few other words before I finally interrupted with a simple, "Hello?" "Yeah, what can I do for you?" was the gruff reply I received. I said, "I was looking for Kc's Lock Service but I think I have the wrong number." "Nah," he said. "This is me. This is Kelly." I quickly realized I wasn't dealing with a professional company or a professional locksmith. I told him I was looking for someone to change the locks on the exterior doors of my home, but now being somewhat suspicious of whether I was talking to an actual business or just some guy with a phone, I asked him for his website. I was upfront with him and told him that I wanted to check out his business before moving forward. Please keep this in mind: I know locksmiths don't all run top-notch professional businesses with expensive websites, but I'm literally giving this man the keys to my home, so I need to know who I'm dealing with. So, I asked him if he had a website and he said he did. I asked for the address and he said, "You can look me up at AAA KC's Lock Service." He then told me to look him up in the Yellow Pages, but provided no website address. I said, "I'm sorry, I thought you said you have a website." "I do," he said. So I asked again if he would give me his website address. Then out of the blue this man became extremely belligerent and yelled at me "I just told it to you. I told you to look in the Yellow Pages. I don't know the address" And then he hung up on me! Obviously, I cannot recommend this man. He isn't stable and has a short fuse. He is a one-man show, which isn't necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but in his case, it is. He is very unprofessional and I wouldn't trust him with the keys to my home, nor would I call him if I was locked out of my car or home because of his anger issues. I also cannot recommend him because the address he has provided for his business does not exist in any public records or maps.
