I lost my car keys on a Christmas trip and was stranded in Nashville until I could get another made. Toyota dealerships would have to have ordered parts & I would have had to tow the car to the dealership. At least two days, plus it would have been expensive. Called Todd's locksmith on Friday 12-22-2023 Because my son lost the Fob for their Pathfinder we need it so the 12-26-2023 we could drive down to Georgia to bring our 10 year old granddaughter up here for Christmas. He told me it would be 12-25-2023 and he could did it around 10am. I called him 12-25-2023 to verify no answer so I left voice mail. 11:30am still no replay called left another voice mail. At 1:30pm called He answered the phone, I asked if he was going to come out his reply is this " MAMA I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT WHAT YOU DO I HAVE BEEN THROWING UP ALL DAY THEN HE HUNG UP!!!! So now I have a 10 yr old granddaughter who's heart will be broken and this is the last Christmas I will get to spend with her. I TRULY HOPE HE CAN SLEEP KNOWING WHAT HE DID. I requested service to have a couple of keys made and programmed. After talking to this guy over the phone for about two minutes, i knee this wasn't the guy for me. He actually said. "If i have to get my computer out to program keys, then its $65.00. I don't care if they take the programming or not. I don't care, its still $65." I spoke to Mr Todd (5-11-22) and set up a meeting for today (5-14-22) to get a key made for my vehicle. I didn't hear from him all day then when I do finally manage to get ahold of him all he has to say is that he's busy eating with his wife. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! You do not make an appointment with a customer, leave them waiting all day only to reply you are out eating with your wife and no other word, that's bullshit!! read more

Great service. I locked my keys in my running car at 6 in the morning. He got dressed and drove over to my house within half and hour and retrieved my keys! I highly recommend Todd and his services. I was happy I was able to make it to work. He charged a very reasonable rate as well. I payed right around $50 for the service. read more

This locksmith (and I use that term very loosely) was absolutely useless. He claims he has the equipment to do any key but when pressed to actually do it, makes many excuses of why he can't. You get what you pay for evidently, and this guy may be really cheap, but so is his product. I would avoid him if I were you. If not... good luck! read more

Dissapointed. I bought a car from Wholesale Inc. and they suggested Todd's Locksmith Service to get a key made. I'm from another state but was near Todd's for a weekend. I called him Wednesday to make an appointment on Friday but he told me to go ahead and just call me when I get to town and that it would only take about 20 minutes and he would fit me in. I called for 4 hours on Friday about once every 20 minutes and when he finally answered he said he was going to bed and that he should be able to get me around lunch the next day. I called at 10:30 on Saturday, left a message, and unfortunately I did not hear back from the locksmith service and I again was not able to get in touch with him that day. I felt very put off and ignored. I will not be using Todd's Locksmith Service now or in the future. read more
