With that said, every store I went to, folks didn't know too much about them, they were limited in their stock and available options, or had other options, but they were available online only. When it came down to getting ready to pull the trigger, I never felt comfortable with any of the presented options at retail. I finally found The Safe House (Nashville Safe House) on the web, and decided to stop in for a peek at their goods. This is the safe mecca. With that said, they have some really high prices on their options as well. This is not a place to stop in for a cheap mass produced aluminum box. These are quality safes with superb options. There are so many things I never even knew to consider in looking at and purchasing a safe, and these things were explained and made clear while browsing their selection. Very knowledgeable staff (as they should be), willing to discuss any and all options available for safes, safe transport, set up, and accessories/requirements. Overall, I'd never consider purchasing some junk from a big box retailer ever again. If we find ourselves needing another safe, or friends/family looking for recommendations: The Safe House it is! Then fast forward to today and I had a minor issue with one of those safes And could not open it. Mr. Parker and his son came out resolved the issue in less than 15 or 20 minutes and it was even covered under the warranty. This is a family-owned business, and it shows. Awesome locksmith! I lost the keyfob to my push to start car, called the dealership who quoted me…read more$650 to replace it because they needed to program 2 keys (350 for labor and 300 for 2 keys). Called Eric who quoted me about $80 to program both keys plus the price of the keys which was about $50 each (~$180 total). When the keys arrived in the mail, within the same day, he was at my house programming the new ones. He cut new keys from scratch so I can unlock my door if the battery in the fob runs out and then programmed the new ones for push to start. He definitely knew what he was doing and was able to get everything working again within a half hour. Would highly recommend to anyone who loses keys to anything! Very kind and personable, knowledgable of his craft, great communication and easy to work with, VERY fair prices.
