They came out and told me (without ever checking the gutters or downspouts, even after I asked that they check) that the problem was that we had 5" gutters instead of 6", and 5" would never work. They quoted me almost $3,000 to replace the gutters. I then called another company (Pro Clean Window and Gutter) who got up on a ladder, found that the gutters and downspouts were entirely clogged with debris from re-roofing, cleaned them for $250 - problem solved. Gutters now work perfectly even during big storms. I would definitely NOT recommend Ameriway to anyone.

The delivery team of two men was also kind and professional however the glass maker was probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I called All Star Glass to see what their typical wait time for replacing a piece of glass was and they notified me 24-48 hours. After reading the Google reviews it seemed that this was the norm for them. This was important to me because I dropped the glass off on a Monday and needed it by the latest Thursday because I had a flight out of Nashville at the end of the week. I also didn't want to not have a front window for my living room for the entire week especially when I was not there. No worries however because I was told it would be done Tuesday. After receiving no update on my glass, I called them back and was told it would be done the next day (Wednesday). After again receiving no update on Wednesday, I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. By the time Thursday rolled around I called back and was told it would be done Friday even though I made it clear early in the week that I had a flight to catch. When I called Thursday, the woman at the front desk handed the phone over to the glass maker who immediately started yelling and getting very angry, telling me that NO ONE told me the glass would be done in 24-48 hours (just read the other comments. This seems to be the norm) and that HE told me it would be done Friday (I would have never agreed to this in the first place considering I had a flight and wouldn't be able to get the glass on Friday). The glass maker continuously called me a liar, yelling at me, threatening to hang up and not make the glass, saying that no one told me 24-48 hours despite the fact that I was told MULTIPLE times that this is how long the order would take. I tried being cordial as I shared my frustrations of needing to now change my flight but the glass maker didn't care, continuing to throw personal jabs and calling me a liar, referring me to the worst customer he has ever dealt with. Every time I tried calming him down (because I really did need the glass) he continued throwing personal shots at me. Very unprofessional. $355 for glass and $1500 later for having to change flights at the last second, the glass is installed. I would strongly recommend that the owner of All Star Glass gets a new glass maker as the current one is not well.

Their work was very good and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The company though, I'd leave at 4 stars. They scheduled my install during a holiday weekend without verifying crews plans, causing a delay of 4 days. I wasn't going to ask a crew to miss Fathers day to work on my house. Then, they pulled Spencer from my home mid install to go fix a problem almost 2 hours away, extending my install an additional day. I only have the one shower in my home. But again, Spencer and his crew were FABULOUS.

We had a project we needed done-- the fascia and soffits sealed around our house as they had become…read moreloose and were allowing wasps entry into the basement--and some research led us to Mr. Goodroof. Nick came out to do an inspection, and in the process of doing so discovered some issues with our pipes and vents on the roof, some items that pictures made clear could quickly lead to serious damage if the wrong winds/rain came through. He showed us a detailed video of the inspection, then offered multiple quotes based on what approach we wanted to take. I appreciated how thorough and how efficient he was-- I've been in situations where at this point in the review an agent for a major company will only offer you the highest possible quotes and make them sound like an emergency and basically take as long as they can in your house to wear you down in hopes that you'll agree to the sell. Nick and Mr. Goodroof did NOT do this and this instantly won us over. We actually opted for a combination of two of the quotes/plans of action he presented, and he worked up a new quote for that. They offered a variety of payment options, including a 12 months same as cash option that you can apply for and access on your phone quickly. We scheduled the service and they had a crew out in less than a week to get the job done. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was some miscommunication on the quotes, plan of action, and updated responses (like the finished report detailing the work done, particularly important for us as the day of the work the approach shifted somewhat and we just wanted to understand why). We never doubted the quality of the work, but due to being burned in the past by other companies, had some reservations. We voiced those complaints and Nick + others at the company got back to us to go over and explain the situation. They explained the reason for the changes, the delayed updates (some due to automation processes on billing etc.), and sent out the crew + Nick (at a 3rd date) to do a final inspection and report. I'm going a "4" which in my book is "great". The price we paid for the work that was done was fair, the work was quality, and both the sell and final report were handled perfectly. Due to some confusion and crossed wires (that took about a week or so of going back and forth) that hindered my enthusiasm of the project briefly in the interim, I'm docking just the one star that would make this a "perfect" experience. I fully intend to use these folks again for some other tasks next year and I have every expectation that they'll bump up to a full "5" at that point ("perfect").

They had to frame a dormer that collapsed in the tornado, replaced rafters and siding, installed soffits and gutters and a window, and replaced damaged decking and the whole roof with 50 year shingles. The house looks amazing and you'd never know it was a disaster just a couple of weeks ago. Dale updated me via text often and the ladies in the office were friendly when I dropped off my payment. Pricing was reasonable (and I obtained several estimates prior to using them). I highly recommend them and will 100% use them again. They cleaned up extremely well and I even saw them picking up a small stack of my own debris that we had been working on.
