I had five windows put in two years ago. The windows look great and seem to hold up, BUT one of them has been nothing but a problem, it leaks air worse than the 35-year-old one it replaced. The installer mentioned the measurements and seemed to have no faith in them. It is not plumb and seems bowed. The wind blows through it like it is open, always has. You can see the curtain move and feel a draft . I have tried to get it replaced for two years and have had no luck, just double talk. 4 0ut of five may be good for some but not me I do not like feeling and hearing the outside and the draft is unwelcome. I have no idea why they did not replace it at the first complaint, I certainly do not understand being ignored for two years. Buy at your own risk and keep plastic around to hold back the wind. read more

I had a horrible interaction with Ted from Unlimited Windows and he refused to give me an estimate and would not explain why he would not give me an estimate. He was horribly rude. He came out to my house, took measurements and told me the timeline of when he could replace it and then refused to give me an estimate. Please do not use Unlimited Windows. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We had our windows checked by another company just as a preventative maintenance measure and were told all of the windows needed to be replaced and it would be over $10,000. We called Unlimited Windows to get a 2nd opinion and they told us that we only needed to replace a few pins which cost us a few hundred dollars. Thankful for an honest, local company that is not just trying to make money. read more

I truly cannot say that the owner Anne Tolen is of a sound and customer oriented business mind. Along with the 1 star reviews I have read and the fact that she chooses to utilize her labor and work force, as well as her time (which I thought equaled money), to come and destroy the property of a young family home on an almost daily basis I have a hard time believing she can give the same dedication to her customers. She continues to trespass onto property A JUDGE MADE CLEAR WAS NOT HERS and tear up a rock wall that is of absolutely no consequence to her business or its property simply to be belligerent and hostile. She will however be facing harassment and destruction of property charges, since there are now 3 videos of her and her employees in action. The matter was handled civilly. However, she is neither civil, reasonable or rational. If this woman does not get her way, even if told so through the court of law she will set about making your life hell. Just imagine if she fouled up on a window job or you had a complaint. Ted Tolen is an extremely reasonable and thoughtful man and seems to put his energy into positive and focused matters. It is truly disheartening that she is the self professed head of the business, referring to him as her employee, and that apparently her say goes. She is the one sending workers to help her destroy property outside of a child's window in the early morning hours before school. 6 times this woman has devoted more time and energy into terrorizing a family than she has her new business in the last few weeks. Criminal charges will be coming against this lady soon. Do you really want someone who is so irrational and belligerent handling your money and home? Again her husband, is a wonderful man and not at all to blame. Sadly you don't get one without the other. I cannot help but think all the 1 star reviews came from those who had any slight issue or wanted to negotiate a change. If it is not her way then she feels fully above the law and will take whatever steps necessary to harass and wear you down until she gets it. For you as a potential customer you need to ask yourself if you are ready for that should a problem arise. Her energy would seemingly be better spent focusing on her customers and providing quality service. NOT HARASSING A YOUNG FAMILY AND DESTROYING THEIR PROPERTY WHILE THEIR CHILDREN SLEEP OUTSIDE THEIR WINDOWS. Especially after going to court and losing. read more

So I called this company and didn't hear back for a week and a half. I'm the mean time I had called several other companies in the area who came out the same week and were very friendly and gave estimates. I chose the company that got our time line best aligned with due to moving. Fast forward a week and a half, this company called back and I was unable to talk to them due to business. A month later, company calls back and is upset that I went with another company and hung up on me. Customer service is first and foremost in a business. If you can't even be friendly or accommodating, you don't deserve my business. read more
