That's terrifying so I went to the surgeon they sent me to. He said there are no roots that grow deep down, etc. It seems the removal wasn't even necessary as the surgeon didn't get clear margins but said it doesn't matter. I went to another dermatologist who explained it in a realistic, professional way. She also brought a Dr. in with her who said he could finish the procedure if I want (no scare tactics). Imagine an office where people are honest and surgeons can actually do surgery. I so much wish I'd gone there before. I want to warn people as I'm still trying to recover from this unnecessary mess. These people have NO IDEA what they're talking about. I would stay far, far away, and I do not trust their good reviews. Reply to Mgr.--- Scaring someone into getting a procedure by saying they have a tumor with roots that grow deep into the face when that's not the case, is not being 'cautious,' it's being cruel. Especially since I let Lauren know that I am diagnosed autistic and extra sensitive so I don't want anything done unless needed. Your reply shows how uncaring and untrustworthy your office is.
