3rd time we stayed with Summit Cove for the Annual Keystone Bacon and Bourbon Festival. The first 2 times the place was pretty decent. This time I rented a 3 bedroom so our guests could have their own privacy. We checkin after the festival is over because the checkin isn't until 4PM. The place reeks of smoke, as if everyone they stayed there smoked snd it was listed as non smoking. Decent layout, but i could not handle the smell. The kitchen was 20x worst, I don't know how to describe it, but it was worse than the smoke smell. The place was about 85 degrees inside and yet it was only 75 outside and there are no air conditioners. I called to let them know and they supposedly tried to find another place but could only find a 2 bedroom or 1 with 2 beds and a bunk. They were only going to reduce the price by $50. The fact that they could only find a 2 bedroom it wound have been more than $50 less than we paid. The inconvenience should have been worth more than $50. A smaller place was not acceptable for my guests. So we opted to leave and get a full refund. Of which I've not received yet and it's been 7 days since we were there. I get the property is potentially independently owned, so you can't control what the people do, but as a property management company it's how you handle issues that makes a difference and that is the reason "I'm out" on Summit Cove. I only posted 2 pictures there were major stains on the carpet in several places. Everything just old and worn. Just not a nice place and summit cove management just didn't handle things as they should've

If you're looking for a property at Keystone there is no one better than Summit Cove. We have stayed at their properties before and have have always been beyond impressed from the customer service to the quality of the properties. This time, they really went beyond beyond. We had originally planned on staying in Breckinridge for a week but when we arrived at the property at 6 pm it was totally unacceptable. I immediately called Summit Cove and Justine stayed on the line with me, sending various options until we had a beautiful place on Keystone Lake for 2 nights and many other options for the remainder of our vacation. This was our view this morning. Their properties are extremely clean and well cared for. You feel at home instantly. They saved our vacation. Their customer service is a 5 STAR

Reached out with email and 24 hrs before the end of the sale I book lodging on my own. He reached back out like why didn't we call him... we should not have to chase our travel agent. I said my apologies I understand it may not be worth your time to help us anymore. He said sure I can get lifts and gear etc. I said wonderful. After a week of back and forth we agreed on a schedule. I later asked maybe see if we can get car included. Told him we may or may not get it we just want to see pricing. he quoted for that. Later we found out that we could get free car with point so wanted to proceed. He literally calls use after he had already taken our cc number "before we asked about car" and told us we should figure out ourselves. This is 2 days before Sept 2 when Florida is about to get hit with a major hurricane. I could have made arrangements elsewhere in advance and taken my time. Now i have to figure out how to do all on my own while putting hurricane shutters very inconsiderate. I was excited to find a vacation planner that could do it all even if for the years to come. But I will never use this company again. Instead of being upfront he wasted my time and too my credit card information. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Very disappointing .

We booked this vacation rental for a group of twelve people, including eight senior citizens. When…read morewe arrived, there was no running water at all. After waiting more than two hours, maintenance finally showed up and said there was a major leak that couldn't be fixed. At 10 p.m., we had to move everyone--seniors included--to another property the host provided. The replacement house did not fit our group, so several elderly guests had to sleep on couches and bunk beds for two nights. To make matters worse, the next day the host claimed the basement at the first house was flooded and said we might be responsible for the damages, even though maintenance clearly caused or discovered the issue. They even accused us of sabotaging the system, which was ridiculous since we had no access to it. They eventually offered us a small refund that didn't even cover the cost of one night at the new rental -- a place we didn't choose and that still failed to accommodate everyone. This was one of the worst rental experiences we've ever had. The hosts were dishonest, unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I would absolutely avoid this company and any properties they manage.

This condo gets one star. The only benefit is the location. It is about a 300-foot walk to the…read moreslopes, you can ski in, and it's great that it is level with parking. As for the rest, this condo needs to be completely updated. The washer and dryer unit has no lint filter, which is a huge safety issue. Operating a clothes dryer without a lint filter is a severe safety hazard and a leading cause of house fires. The toilets were barely flushing, so we had to have a service member come out to check them - he could not fix the problem and told us not to move our bowels. After we told him that's obviously not an option, he contacted a plumber who came out the next day. The plumber told us that nothing could be done as the pressure is low and to hold the flush handle until we see the waste go down. He said, "You just have to understand that high altitude affects flushing." We've stayed at condos in this very complex several times over the past 15 years, and we know that the issue is not the altitude - the issue is the toilets, like everything else in this unit, are completely dated. The fridge leaks water all over the food. The stove top does not heat efficiently. We had no control over the thermostats - they did not seem to work. The pillows are horrible and stained. The blankets are worn with holes. The furniture is not only dated, but it's very worn. The blinds in each of the windows are very cheap, bent/broken, and looked terrible. There were only six bowls and no teaspoons; this is for a place that holds 10 people. There was no ladder for the top bunk bed. The shared bathroom door does not lock. There was no boot warmer when the listing description stated there was one. There are no hooks in the bathrooms or bedrooms for hanging your towels or bathing suits. They did not have nearly enough towels for a unit that sleeps 10 people. Every outlet was very loose - electronic device plugs would not stay in them. The loft window busted and fell into the bedroom while we were there. Overall, this condo could be great, but the owner needs to be willing to put $$ into it. Get new appliances and furniture, fix the problems, and update the 1980s look. I sent the review to the management company first and ask them to reach out to me since then they have shut down their website and their phones So they don't want to address the problems

Booked a rental in Airbnb. They had a broken dishwasher, shower, closet. They had people come over…read moretwice to fix issues (PRESCHEDULED) but didn't offer compensation-- not even some damn paper plates to mitigate the dishwasher issue. They gave weak apologies, and the review on AirBnb was unprofessional-- name calling and everything. AirBnB actually PAID me compensation after I opened a dispute with them for said compensation! In less than twenty minutes after opening my case! Craziest rental experience I've ever had.

Absolutely unacceptable experience -- serious safety and health concerns ignored…read more We originally booked a different property, but a few days before our arrival, we were told there was a plumbing issue. Fair enough -- things happen. The company offered us alternatives, and we selected a replacement. That's where everything went downhill. The new house was disgusting. There was visible dirt and grime, and more alarmingly, a serious bee and wasp infestation. I carry an EpiPen due to a severe sting allergy, so this wasn't just an inconvenience -- it was a life-threatening situation. I was stung twice trying to get into the property. That should have been enough, but it gets worse. The HVAC system had a filthy air intake with visible mold growing on it -- something any responsible host should be checking regularly. When we raised these very real safety and cleanliness concerns, management's response? They told us we were no longer welcome. That they would send an eviction team if we weren't gone by 10 a.m. the next day -- simply because we didn't "appreciate" the property. You're right. I don't appreciate spending one of the few vacation days I get in a house that's a health hazard -- trying not to die from a wasp sting or mold exposure. This company showed zero professionalism and absolutely no concern for guest safety. Avoid at all costs.

In Lionshead. The absolute worse rental property in the USA…read more I am shocked Sky Run would manage such a bad property. And the interesting thing is when I had their office come out to inspect, it turned out they knew the multitude of problems already. Never, ever again.
