My name is Lorne Seaton from 34767 Pakenham Place, and Wayco Flooring Ltd. installed ceramic tiles throughout my home, and in less than 15 years, all of the tiles have begun to completely lift off the wood sub floors! I have what is considered a latent defect and have a default in the amount of what it will cost to fix my floors, over 30 thousand dollars! To date, president of Wayco Flooring, Mr. Wayne Wright has refused to even come and look at the failed flooring done by one of his employees! I have had my floors inspected by a fully qualified flooring inspector who has told me that the ceramic tiles were not properly installed from the start!
