Instead of going with a referral I should have done more research to go with a different company. Something that is super stressful as it is became even more of a burden due to lack of information on the contractor's part. There was a lot of back and forth, inexperience, and for something so expensive more professionalism was expected. Multiple times I spoke to one of the "head guys" at the company and he was intoxicated, calling to the point of harassment during work hours which caused issues there. They had to come back to fix problems after I got a second opinion and even then literally had to beg them to do so though it was in the scope of the work they were to provide. As a woman, feel that it was a situation where it was rushed work and taken advantage of just to hurry and get insurance money. read more
