He then told me he also did PPF and Ceramic. I decided to have him do the tint and PPF the full front of the truck. I declined the Ceramic as his price was $1000 more then the Ceramic guy I already had. I dropped of my truck on Monday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. Had my other guy Ceramic it on Friday. My Ceramic guy pointed out some poorly cut edges to my attention on the fenders. Once I looked I definitely knew that it didn't look right. So, when I reached out to Mario and told him what my Ceramic guy pointed out. He got attitude and told me. "I love it when people that dont do what I do have an opinion of my work." In a very condescending tone. I was immediately put off by this. When I brought the truck in on Monday. He apologized and said he would redo them as soon as he had completed the project he was on. Over 4 weeks passed with no word from Mario. So, I reached out and asked him what's going on. He had a bunch of excuses. He actually told me i was unapproachable. I ended up not wanting him to replace it. I was afraid he would damage the decals underneath when he removed the PPF. He did give me a 600 refund for the fenders. I had to hire another ppf installer to clean up the edges on the other panels he PPF'd. My new PPF guy pointed out that Mario had also cut the paint on the fender of my 130k truck! I texted Mario about it only to be ignored. Its been over a week. I do not recommend Mario. Hes really nice when everything is going right. But when there's an issue he's not the most professional person to deal with. Go somewhere who values your vehicle and time.
