I was surprised to find the perfect drawer pulls 20 in 2 bags for $40.00. That's $2 apiece! They were just right, nothing fancy and just enough to fit all the cabinets in my kitchen. I also found a clean lampshade to replace the one broken in my move. They have a good amount of used appliances and things like vanities and picture frames. Odds and end too. It's worth taking a look. Also, I'll think of them whenever I do a remodel.

The man I spoke with was very nice and helpful (Bruce.) When I scheduled the pickup and sent photos I got a confirmation of the pick up date. Then out of the blue the pickup was cancelled because the cabinets are not new. Ok, they can go in the dump, but what about all the other items? Don't waste your time with these jokers . Very sad, but I guess they are flush and do not need donations - other than cash. Find a reliable charity to donate to.

I sucked it up and drove the 2+ hours up to drop him off, I named him Junior, I just didn't want him to die and get a chance at a little life for himself (or herself, IDK) no matter how long or short it might be. They were so kind, helpful, and responsive and even tried to help me find a more local Denver rehab so I didn't have to commute so far, which I really appreciate that empathy. Nothing else worked out, they didn't care about a mouse, so I am very appreciative Greenwood was able to appease this whacky person who wanted to save a mouse. They are supposed to send me an update about Junior after a few weeks, I am still waiting, and if he does make it and get released, he will have a much greater outdoor experience out there in Longmont than he ever would in the city of Denver. I hope to get good news about him someday, but even if not, I still won't regret trying to save the little mouse that I fell a little bit in love with.

We finally hit the internet and located this place. The staff responded immediately to our phone call and, later, our text messages. Upon arrival, we were met by a beautiful young woman named Shannon. She was helpful and friendly. They immediately took the squirrel and started assessing him. They really seemed to care and I was happy to have found people that could help. I really hope my little buddy survives and thrives. They didn't charge me anything but I did voluntarily donate 80 dollars to help defray the costs.

Hey, they can help you in so many ways - focus on the positive! What OUR Center does for those in need of several basic necessities. Sometimes things that are more complicated take a bit longer to sort out. OUR Center is really a a doing a very difficult job in offering resources to those who need help. Many of the people who make OUR Center function are the volunteers who selflessly donate their time, strength and knowledge as well as so many people in the community at large and local grocery stores that donate food and hygiene items that the clients in OUR Center go home with. The OUR Center staff are then able to help with other, more complex challenges - AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE! And sometimes OUR Center goes through shortages of some items, just know that they also know about it and are doing their best to get that item ... especially during the pandemic! OUR Center require that you become registered as a client. You cannot just walk in and walk out without some paperwork and counseling. OUR Center is NOT a religious organization, but respects all religions and all people (who behave like normal humans - I mean, come on!). Breakfast and lunch is served most day - call to confirm. Groceries are allotted with a point system based on you family number. For the grocery, you must call to get an appointment and be an OUR Center client. You will be able to pick out what you want based on availability of donations, the volunteers hard work, the Center's ability to store items for their clients (they have an expensive building with a kitchen, dining area, warehouse, and client shopping area, and a clothing closet, and offices). The community closet has re-opened after COVID restrictions and thanks to the people at large who donated (and continue to donate) clothing, clients are now able to apply for clothing point/dollars. The clothing is in great shape, often brand new, and displayed in a nice, organized, clean atmosphere. They also have some kitchen items for those "just starting-out. The cost maximum is $2/2 points per item (insanely low!). They select only the best donations to pass on to their clients and at this time, clients who see the representative, can shop every 3 months. There is so much more to OUR Center! Be positive, let them help you, and be realistic about the time table, this isn't a magic show!

This is a great service because our city no longer accepts already shredded paper in recycling bins. Shredding and recycling services are also available for personal and commercial pickups. Recycling for electronics and hard to recycle items is available. The City of Longmont offers free paper shredding events that take place once a month at Green Girl Recycling. You need to be a Longmont resident. You can bring 3 file size boxes.

This place is the best for fake florals, especially if using outdoors. My score today included the exact pillow that matches one I already have for my bed, SWEET!, and a cute little RAE DUNN vase for a dollar!
