I'm a disabled senior w cancer and heart issues. got there, they tell you you'll be called in 24 hours, they will not help you when you actually need it. had to borrow money, to get turned back on, still cold Wes. talked to them the next day, they said since I " self" resolved and was turned on( but only for a few days) I'd have to make an appointment, and probably wouldn't get one for weeks. the week before a friend told me they helped her imediately, paid utilities to get it turned in, literally days before this happened to me. they said they had no connection to Social Sevices, but when I went in there, they had my name address and everything else on a computer and I've never been there before. Doesn't seem like these people really help someone who needs help. So the moral of the story is if you borrow money that you have to pay back within like 24 hours or something to get your utilities turned on so you don't freeze they won't help you. you have to make an appointment and wait weeks to get help but some people walk in and just catch help right away. Sad and I felt discriminated against.

They were so kind, helpful, and responsive and even tried to help me find a more local Denver rehab so I didn't have to commute so far, which I really appreciate that empathy. Nothing else worked out, they didn't care about a mouse, so I am very appreciative Greenwood was able to appease this whacky person who wanted to save a mouse. They are supposed to send me an update about Junior after a few weeks, I am still waiting, and if he does make it and get released, he will have a much greater outdoor experience out there in Longmont than he ever would in the city of Denver. I hope to get good news about him someday, but even if not, I still won't regret trying to save the little mouse that I fell a little bit in love with.

Some items seemed a wee bit overpriced. We got the large pretzels and they were very heavy on salt and the beer cheese was just off in flavor as well as presentation but the pretzels were good otherwise. Far too many of your items are broken. I constantly find empty boxes or containers because the items have been removed and stolen. People rip open bags of multiple items and take out what they want, obviously not paying for them since they don't have price tag on them, leaving a partially full bag hanging there.
