Not sure why this Store has so many negative reviews? I actually have had great service time and…read moretime again from Jorge At this location.It's actually worth the 35 minute drive from where I live even though I have many T-Mobile stores near me - probably because service isn't that great. It goes to show that I'm going to drive really far because the service has been really outstanding at this store. because of the A+ customer service provided by Jorge and amethyst, and their willingness to go above & beyond to make sure I am 110% satisfied customer and make me feel valued as a part of the tmobile family.  Jorge has always gone above and beyond to provide an amazing experience with helping me with all of my transactions and patient with my gazillion questions about my Samsung note 10 plus. It's because of Jorge's amazing customer service that I always come at this location. I've had previous experience in customer service, and served as a manager before, so I can recognize top-notch quality when I see it.  If it weren't for jorge and amethyst l,I would not have continued going to tmobile due to some dismal and subpar experiences at other tmobile stores and my online experience.  I believe I have come across a very talented young lad with an ability to listen to the customer and yet in this high-paced world, is able to translate into making the customer feeling valued, which I believe he has nailed to the 'T'. I believe this talent needs to be recognized, and would benefit tmobile to 'up the game' at other locations.

this store really did a number on us. could not switch over our 6 buisness lines so we just ended…read moreup getting a personal line. told them at the time of new line to cancel 6 lines. we received a $600 bill we went back said they can't do anything to call 611 number . we called 3 times they said they could not find anything in account. went back to them , again they can't help . called again , the 611 t-monlie said they just can't find it. now we have a $950 dollars is now being charged from a collection agency. went back to talk store manager Kevin would not come out to talk. called 611 number they hung up because I insisted this is wrong. they told me to go to Kevin! T-mobile doesnt give a crap

Laziness, rudeness and dishonesty. Tmobile lost the IMEI for one of my trade-in phones and told me…read moreto go into a retail store to have the issue corrected. An employee here told me I would have to return the phone, then re-purchase it to get my trade in credit, AND that I would have to pay a $70 fee for the privilege. I told her I was not going to pay to fix Tmobile's mistake and I wanted to speak to the manager. Manager Mike was uncooperative, hostile, incompetent and lazy. He said waiving the $70 would reflect poorly on his store. I asked why that was my problem? He said there was nothing he would do to help me. I said HE should call Tmobile to confirm everything I was told and that THEY were supposed to fix this issue for me, as the error was Tmobile's fault. He told me to call them myself as he wasn't going to do it. I said I was going to take a picture of him so I remembered his name when I spoke to his boss. He whined that taking pictures in their store was "illegal." It is not. That is just a lie. It might be against their policy, but calling it illegal was a lie designed to intimidate me. I put my phone down without taking the picture. I said if he didn't do SOMETHING to help me I would cancel my service, and he looked at me with this smarmy contempt on his face and said he wouldn't help. I told him to "Go F___ himself," and left. Today I learned to Manager Mike filed a complaint against me with Tmobile corporate for saying a single curse word to a grown man who deserved it, and for taking a photo of him WHICH I DID NOT. When I left the store, another customer who was also being treated like crap (he had some issue that Tmobile told him to get handled in store and just like me they told him they would not help) came up to me and said "It's always like this here. They're horrible." So, save your time, your money and save your sanity. This location is poorly run by an unhelpful, arrogant imbecile. I truly hope Manager Mike takes my 3 words of advice to heart.

My husband and I stopped by for me to get a new phone and Damon helped us right out of the gate and…read moreshowed us some great deals. Even though my husband wasn't looking for an upgrade he ended up doing so and got a great deal out of it. He was very helpful to walk us through everything. Damon shift was over so Mike and Lauren ended up helping, which they were assisting from the beginning as well they were super sweet and helpful as well. I highly recommend this team as they were easy to talk to and nice to work with. It's rare to see great customer service so it was great to see them go above and beyond! Thank you all for your great help!
