So back for a second repair, which required replacing the OLED. This "repair" caused the fingerprint sensor to stop working. I had to solve this issue on my own as the tech that runs the store did not know how to update the device software. Fast forward a week and the screen stopped working. I went back a third time, I left with the phone, but the fingerprint sensor is dead. They are clearly not expert techs, the owner manages things remotely. I would steer clear of this place.

I spoke with a supervisor named Axel and he told was the one that told me to go back to the store. Then I was told that they can't do anything and they talked to customer service and that they said they can't cancel the service lines. I was in the middle of a complete melt-down Saturday evening from messing up the screen protector install on my new 13" iPad.
