Brand new 30k machine we had bought from Utah Valley power sports. That was our first mistake. Kept having issues so We took the machine back in not even 3 months after we bought it. They told us our machine is NOT under warranty. Forced us to pay for them to look at it and tell us nothing is wrong. Also said there was no recall on it when cam-am brp warranty straight out told me there WAS. EVERY dealer we talked to including BRP warranty line told us our machine was under warranty. EXCEPT for Utah valley piece of $h!ts. It wasn't until we paid to have our machine back that theyTHEN filed a case with can-am BRP to have our case looked at under warranty. They are crooks. I can't even imagine how many others have been screwed over and told there machine is not under warranty when it really is. We took our machine to another dealer which has found multiple problems. ALL covered under warranty, the only issue we are having is UVPS lied to the warranty when they opened our case, AFTER we picked up our machine, might I remind you.
