The front desk told me that they would send it to my pharmacy. I waited for 1 day and didn't receive text message from CVS( unusually received text when medicine is ready). So I called the front desk and asked them if they sent the medicine to pharmacy. They said they did. The woman almost fought with me. After waiting for one more day, I called cvs pharmacy, cvs told me that they never received any prescription for me. Also the same day I saw the doctor, the front desk told me that they requested ultrasound results from ER I went based on my request. After one week when I called back to check if they received the results. They told me that they'll check and call me back soon. Nobody called back. I called again the second day. The girl said another woman requested the results and need to wait for her to get the answers. These people really prevent the patients to go to see the doctor even doctor is good.

This hospital (in particular, the Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute Building) is superior to the…read morehospitals in neighboring towns. Today, I lost a beloved immediate family member who was staying at this hospital for over a month. However, the care she received and the kindness my family was shown throughout the past heart-wrenching weeks was phenomenal. While I stand firmly in my decision to give a five star review, I'd like to point out that hospital security is an area that could use significant improvement. To visit patients, all that is needed is to state the patient's name/room number, and a visitor sticker is given. Anyone can walk right up to the room, no questions asked. Sometimes, people just walk right past the desk and no one questions it. Everyone who enters a space with vulnerable patients should need to sign in and provide proof of identification, at the very least. The hospital also could use visible security guards (especially during late night hours). I felt uncomfortable walking alone from the hospital to my car in the parking lot during the night, after staying with family member in palliative care. It was a ghost town; there was no one to be found at the front desk, in the lobby, outside of the building entrance, or in/around the parking lot/garage. With that said, feel confident in taking your loved ones to this hospital to ensure that they are receiving thorough, top quality medical care.

The most striking aspect of this therapy group is the energy in the room, and the remarkable way this group works together. I've been here on a variety of days and times, and each time they have smoothly flowed from client to client correcting alignment, giving instruction and encouragement, offering kindness. As a nurse, I can tell you that this kindness and smooth cooperation is a valuable part of a healing environment. Good job, JAG!! Update: I've been coming another month and these folks do NOT disappoint! I've come late for appointments, early and on the wrong day but they are unfailing in their kindness and effort to accommodate me Craig Soriano, DPT has continued to update and adjust my treatment to keep my recovery on track. He's both skilled and professional, a great leader of this excellent team. A special shout out to Amanda, who consistently steps to my side to make adjustments in my form so I get the maximum from every exercise. These folks really know how to work together, and I'm very appreciative!

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The physical therapists are also friendly, but there…read moreare clearly more patients than physical therapists, so much of the treatment is left to the assistants. Unfortunately, my experience with the assistants was very different. They are all young and often seem distracted. They show you one exercise, then disappear--sometimes to help other patients, other times to chat with coworkers. After every exercise, you're left waiting for your assistant to return and tell you what to do next. This waiting happens throughout the entire appointment. As a Deaf patient recovering from a shoulder injury, this isn't just frustrating--it's a safety issue. During one exercise, they set a timer and then never came back. I don't know whether they forgot about me or got distracted, but I continued the exercise longer than I should have and ended up hurting my shoulder. Eventually, I had to ask another assistant if I was supposed to keep going. They didn't know because I wasn't their patient. After that, I simply completed all the exercises I remembered on my own, wiped down my own table, and even applied the massage lotion to my shoulder at the end. Did anyone notice I was essentially doing everything myself? I don't know. I canceled the rest of my appointments and will be doing my exercises at home. This can be a dangerous environment if you're not self-aware enough to know when to stop or what comes next. Friendly staff are appreciated, but friendliness doesn't make up for inattentiveness when patient safety is at stake.

I honestly hate leaving negative reviews about a business but sometimes it's important because it…read moreallows the business to correct what may be going wrong internally. I decided to use Dr. Kramberg because I was sold on the Regenexx brand. I had been watching Dr. Centeno (from Colorado) on Facebook and thought doing PRP injections into my low back would be the way to go. Read some interesting stuff about it online and apparently it has helped people. I believe it does a better job in the knees, shoulders, and simple joints. The spine has an array of things that can go wrong. The muscles, ligaments, bones, discs, nerves, etc, or all issues that can develop from the spine. I figured getting PRP shots in this area could help. I prepared for the injections by eating a clean (low carb/low sugar) diet one week before. I also was careful not to take any blood thinning drugs or anti-inflammatories. As the day of my injections came closer I was a little nervous but also excited to see if they could help my chronic low back issues. I arrived at 1pm and was called in within 30 minutes for the blood draw. Approximately 35ml was drawn (around 9 viles). I was told it would be around an hour before the injections would happen. Well.....it was about 4hrs before I was called in. When your already very nervous and anxious and then you have to sit around for what feels like forever it is exhausting. When I finally got called in for the injections I was brought downstairs into an area just outside a physical therapy center. I was given a gown to wear and was absolutely freezing. I was so cold I was literally shivering. I waited another 20 minutes before Dr. Kramberg came down with his assistant nurse and started to prepare the injections. He read off my MRI and asked me to lay on my stomach. Not once was I asked where most of my pain was coming from. I figured this was important because maybe they can focus on that area the most. Instead it was as if they were following the Regenexx protocol and were doing the shots in areas they felt necessary. The injections were painful and lasted about 30 minutes. I was happy when it was over but felt a little rushed when it was finished. It took me an hour to get to Wayne, NJ and I spent about 5 hours waiting around. The whole experience was around 8 hours from when I left my house to when I got home. It wasnt cheap either ($2,000). I was also told the price went up to $2,500 but because I came in before the price increase they'd honor the $2000. Well, it's been about 6 weeks since my injections and I've noticed no difference. What really upsets me is I haven't even received a phone call or follow-up to see how I'm doing. You would think this would be protocol with most clinics. I decided to call around to get pricing for another round of injections. I do believe that PRP can be helpful and I did read a 2nd or 3rd round may be necessary. Luckily, I found a clinic near me that also does PRP injections. It's a reputable clinic with incredible reviews and also a respected Doctor. There price was half of Dr. Krambergs. They also told me that I would only wait around 30 minutes for them to spin the blood in the centrifuge and inject it into me. They were astonished I waited over 4hrs for my injections and swore that would never happen. If your thinking about getting PRP injections then definitely research doctors in the area that are experienced with this stuff. I was sold on the "Regenexx" brand but had a subpar experience with this particular clinic. Regenerative medicine clinics are a cash cow. Insurance companies don't cover the stuff so it's all out of pocket. Be VERY careful when choosing someone for this stuff. When your in pain you get desperate. You start thinking irrational and impulsive. I made the mistake of choosing this clinic. I won't make the same mistake the 2nd go around.

Sadly, we have had to bring our child here as an infant, a toddler, and again. The decor here is welcoming for children, and as a parent, it is comforting to my child to be in a happier place. So my child is in good spirits, which means she can still be a child, and it should be that way to hear her laugh and play while waiting. The general staff is pleasant and cognizant that these are children patients. To charge this much just for an infant to be monitored overnight and have no procedures done is abusive, price gouging, and an unconscionable billing practice. There is no way that this rate can be legal. Beyond billing, here is my original experience at the location. I came to the Goreyeb PICU (Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) for a child's post-operation observations and everything went smoothly. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all very nice and helpful. They were all very well organized from the pre-op to the post-op in the PICU (pediatrics intensive care unit). Just a few things to give you the heads-up about: 1. Generally, parking won't be free at Morristown Medical Center. The parking lots are free only up to 30 minutes, $4up to 5 hours, $7 for visits past 5 hours and up to 24 hours. However, they will validate your parking if you are attended to in the pediatrics hospital. 2. The rooms in the PICU do not have showers. You have to go to a shared shower if you are staying overnight. 3. When you are in a room, breastfeeding moms get free food trays 3 times a day. Trays include 2 sides, soup, an entrée, a dessert, and a drink. Other guests pay $10 for a tray. So guests shouldn't buy food from the cafeteria. Buying the tray is a far better deal. There was nothing special about the experience to warrant a $50,000 bill. I highly recommend that you find another hospital. I recommend that you avoid any hospitals inside of Morristown Medical Center at all costs unless you are a millionaire and prepared for the huge costs that will follow.
