You can sit and eat outside at the tables or they will come to your car door and take your order and serve you there. Really fun little stop with really reasonable prices for a snack. It was 8PM when we arrived. The store posted that they close at 9PM. There was a family of 5 in the restaurant. Two cars in the drive through. Us and a man behind us. We grabbed our own napkins because they didn't provide any in the bag. Our burgers were packed nicely. The buns were soft, patties were juicy, and condiments were all in. Our onion rings were super soggy and fell apart. Thank goodness we grabbed the napkins because oil went down our hands after each bite. The root beer was the best part of our meal. The store is open for walk up/carry out service but the seated dining area is closed. If you call to order a cake you are supposed to call a day ahead of time. If you do call I suggest you leave a detailed message of the cake you are ordering. But, you can walk in and pick out a cake out of the cooler and they will write a message on it for you. The door is open before hours to allow employees in but you can not order anything before the opening hour. Once we picked out our cake and had a message written on it we were on our way. Staff was friendly and upbeat. We did get there at 10:30 when they opened so there was not yet a long vehicle line at the drive thru. We picked up a Blizzard chocolate peanut butter cup cake and everyone agreed it was delicious. They do have minimum amounts of premade ice cream treats in the freezer for walk ins.

He purposely double booked the lodge and made the very expensive trip a nightmare experience for my wife and I. I did not feel comfortable leaving my wife at the lodge with the stranger and made Tyler aware of this and how we felt. The stranger left the next day but because of the double booking of the lodge I did not hunt the first day on what was supposed to be a mourning, and afternoon hunt so I lost two hunts and the morning of the last day I did get a nice deer but felt rushed because of the lost day. There was supposed to be a menu, there was not, we were served store bought pizza and on top of all of that he promised to score the deer and when I finally got the score that I kept bugging him for after returning home I showed it to a state scorer and he told me it was not done correctly which is how I paid for the deer. Tyler is very dishonest and made my first deer lodge hunt a disaster. Do not believe his lies and know that after that experience (no matter how diligent I was in my research) I will never hunt a place without knowing others experiences to validate if what is being marketed is actually true and factual. Beware of the lies.
