Emergency services arriving after being alerted by hotel GUESTS and the automatic alarm ( not the owner/manager of the hotel)
    Tabitha G.

Absolutely horrific, dangerous stay here over the weekend. A water line burst above our room on the second floor putting guests at risk. The ceiling of our bathroom caved in. Our things were damaged. Us and about 10 other guest rooms were affected. None of us were contacted by the hotel, and all guests were made aware of danger by other guests and finally the fire department. There was no refund or return stay offered by the hotel, and hotel staff has still not reached out regaurding this awful experience. The owner argued with the fire department wasting time that could have been spent shutting the water off and mitigating danger and damages. We were almost trapped on the second floor with flooding water by the faulty fire suppression door. We were not allowed to utilize the common areas in front of the fire place as it was not allowed by staff. And everything was EXTREMELY dirty but especially the hot tub. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will have a safer, better time sleeping in your car.

We were traveling to eastern Washington and needed a resting spot for the night. I found this hotel midway online and my husband called about military discount for a king bed one night stay. We were quoted 129.00. When we arrived that evening the desk clerk would not honor our quote and then proceeded to "upgrade" us to a king suite for 169.00!! Boasting of the large smart tv and that other rooms did not have a tv. We were tired and just wanted a room to sleep but ended up agreeing since there were no other motels near by. The room was awful! It was located on the highway side and not sound proof at all! In addition to being awake all night by traffic noise it was in shambles! See photos below.

No tv, yet again. I stay here about once a month for work.. tvs have been out the last three times. Over charged on room vs what was online. Rooms are from the 1980s. Pool is long since closed. Hot tub as nasty, beds are very old. Floor units in every room. So heating and cooling are a joke. Manager tried to explain but has poor English skills, kept blaming everything and over one other than the motel itself... This place used to be GREAT, now it's becoming a motel 6 or worse.

    Misleading Google results

This place will rip you off. I made a reservation based on Google results thinking this was the location in Cloudcroft New Mexico (see attached photo) but it turned out that the "Official Site" is for the Washington location. It was also not explicit on the site that this was a non-refundable reservation; I only learned this once I got confirmation. This all happened within 30 minutes, and customer service was "sorry" and "glad to help" but "unfortunately, we're keeping your money for no good reason."

    Towel rod on the floor

We should have looked on Yelp before we booked. This place is definitely not worth the price we paid. The bathtub had a ring of dirt in it that we could rub off with our finger, so it wasn't a stain but rather just poor cleaning. The hair dryer didn't work. And when I pulled my towel off the towel rod after taking a shower, the rod and support fell off the wall. The support barely missed my toes as I stood in the shower. I reported the dirtiness of the tub and the hair dryer to the front desk, and the guy said he'd send someone to attend to both, but no one came. I would have more expected some of this if we were paying $100 less, although we've seen better even at lower prices. I guess they have you over a barrel since there isn't much other lodging that we know of at Snoqualmie Summit.

After reading all reviews here, I was so worried about my trip to Snoqualmie Pass with my family. I know the yelp reviews for hotels are usually negatively biased. just wanted to share my experience. The hotel room was enough clean and well prepared. Maybe not exceptional level, but it's at least average that I'd expect for this star-level hotel. Heater made a bit noise on "high" mode. Microwave and refrigerator worked well. TV was fine, we could use hdmi port with no issue. Beds (I slept in two queen beds room) were ok. The staff I talked when checking in wasn't super kind, but not rude. She didn't have smile on her face, but checking-in took ~5mins, no complains. I didn't use spa, restaurant, so no comment about them.

Its an older property in need of a facelift but, it was pleasant enough. We spent the weekend in a queen room and took the kids tubing down the street. Anu checked us in and was cool. The Pancake Restaurant is following Covid protocol and is only open for take out. They serve good portions. It was sold out, very busy. Tons of snow outside. I had a snow shovel in the SUV and used it to dig out my vehicle in the morning. Oh, my dog enjoyed the place too. Pet friendly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! *Food: They have a college cafeteria-style option nearby, but we chose to eat in North Bend at the Iron Duck. Great kids menu, huge restaurant with plenty of seating - we had a long table with plenty of space. Food was delicious, and ample selections of ciders/beers. *Reservations: Super easy, but get on it! The Saturday options were mostly booked out over a week in advance. They offer day sessions, about 2 hours each (9:30am, 11a, 1:15p, 3:15p) and night sessions (5:15p, 7:15p). The website is simple enough, be ready to sign waivers. *Drive/parking: Easy to find off (and not far from) the freeway using GPS. The parking lot needs more signage! We weren't completely sure we found it with all the snow and rain. *Go around a bend to the right, and you'll see a little ticket cabin with windows. *Staff: WONDERFUL. From check-in using our e-mail to the staff on the hill, they were all smiles. *Tubing: Awesome!! Our time was 5:15 - 7pm, but with the 4 year old, we were done about 6:40pm. We were able to go up to the hill constantly without much waiting. Everything is provided for you - sledding tube (we took the kids on it with us, or two 7-8 year olds together) and tram to take you back up so you don't get exhausted. Ah so fun. *Tips: Snow gear is a MUST. Boots, gloves that tighten under coats, etc. Bring a change of clothes for the little ones in the car. This saved us as a few toes got wet. Thank you Summit!

Our large group was full of littles and adults alike. The tube is included and the staff were friendly and clear on rules and guidelines. Please note, there are port a potty's ...ewww, I know! But these were clean at 9am. You'll need to change in your car or come dressed for the weather. The tube hill is a hike, so be warned you'll get your exercise. I wish my snow boots had a bit more traction, but I made it up and down about 5 times (taking a few potty breaks). There's a magic carpet, but the lines will be long and the carpet is slow for safety. There was plenty of parking and the roads were clear in the early AM. Can't wait to go again before the season ends!

We stayed on the spa floor and having an in-room fireplace made for such a cozy addition to an already great stay. Spa treatments and dinner, while a bit pricey, were well worth the cost in our opinion. Even the waiting/relaxation area for the spa felt luxurious with a lit fire, snacks, and a tea station at the ready! And for the Twin Peaks fans there are a variety of great nods to the show without feeling like you've stepped into a tourist trap. When we arrived at Treehouse Point, everybody was so professional and kind! We were given a quick tour of all of the amenities in the lodge and other community areas. Then, we were directed to our tree house, Ananda. Just wow! It was cozy as well as spacious, and it was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need! Even though there were other tree houses around ours, we ALL enjoyed total privacy. A great deal of attention has been made in creating personal experiences while still tending to developing a very unique community. All building materials in our treehouse were the best quality available, and the workmanship is second to none! We walked around the grounds, being respectful of others' privacy. Every tree house was unique and beautiful! We then took the trail down to the Raging River. It was beautiful, but our spring has been unusually dry, and the river a little thirsty. Overnight, a rainstorm came through the area. The sound coming from a refreshed river the next morning was breathtaking! I wanted to wake up so I could experience it all, but instead I slept through it. I guess I slept comfortably! (And I am not young.) The bath houses were beautiful and felt like individual spa rooms. They were supplied with wonderful bath products, and the shower offered a pampering experience. Similarly, special products and amenities were provided in our private unit, including coffee and tea. We were going to wash our few dishes, but no dish soap was found, further demonstrating Treehouse Point's intent to pamper their guests. After waking up in the trees, we prepared our own mugs of coffee, tea, and nibbles. After a peaceful start to the day, we made our way to the lodge for breakfast (feeding the fish along the way). Our own breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The chef and souz chef prepared several wonderful dishes. The selections and quality of preparation were both outstanding! Our visit was so wonderful that we truly didn't want to leave! We made the visit to fulfill a bucket list item, but we are already talking about returning again, this time with friends. I could go on and share more, but I want you to delight in your own experience, just as we had. If you've been considering a visit to Treehouse Point, wait no longer. You will never regret it!

Sleeping in a beautifully crafted treehouse, surrounded by towering evergreens and the peaceful sounds of nature, was pure magic. It's such a cool and unique experience -- cozy, serene, and unlike any traditional hotel stay. One of my favorite memories is making s'mores by the fire and enjoying them beside the running river. We loved it so much that we booked another visit -- but unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected childcare situation that meant we had to cancel. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly very inconvenient. We had been so excited to return, and having to change plans at the last minute was stressful. That's where Abbey Rodriguez truly shined. She was so gracious, kind, and understanding throughout the entire situation. Instead of making us feel like we were causing a problem, she stepped in immediately, handled everything with compassion and professionalism, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel manageable and supported. Her warmth and willingness to help turned a difficult moment into one that actually deepened our appreciation for TreeHouse Point. Exceptional places are special -- but exceptional people make them unforgettable. Abbey's graciousness and care showed us that TreeHouse Point isn't just magical because of the treehouses and the forest (though those are amazing!) -- it's magical because of the heart behind it. We are so happy with TreeHouse Point and so grateful for the way we were treated. We absolutely plan to visit again soon -- and next time, we can't wait to be back in the trees where the magic began.
