What a fun place! Thankfully we bought our tickets online, when we arrived only the evening session was available. There's lots of parking however the ski area is also across the street so you do need to go early in case you need to drive around a bit to find a parking spot. There are bathrooms and food available before you go inside the tubing area. Once inside the tubing area you informed of the rules, basically easy to follow and really it's mostly to keep everyone safe. You choose your tube and tube away! I love that they play music on the speakers and they have a walk on lift for you and your tube. You can also walk up instead of waiting in line to enter the lift. My family and I walked it about 4 times then to catch our breath we used the lift. It's a fun place for everyone, all ages. I can't wait to be back for their spring splash event on April 23rd.

Fun times! My friends and I came here for snow tubing and had a blast! We bought our tickets online two weeks prior, as we heard they sell out and the day we visited - there was a huge sign on the entrance, indicating the (two-hour) session was sold out. Once you exit on to the pass, there's a huge sign, telling you where to go for the tubing center. The parking lot is near the entrance and for the 3:45 session, we didn't have any trouble finding a spot. We made sure to get there early as the information says to do so, so we avoided any line to get our tickets. You can't print tickets after your purchase online - you still need to check in and get the physical ticket to put on your jacket for access. The hill isn't steep nor is it very high, but enough that you definitely feel the speed of the slope when you slide down! All of the tubes are located right at the top of the hill when you first enter, so you just grab one and get in one of the several lines to go down. There were about 10 lines with four employees, helping navigate. If you even wanted a push - they're down to do that, too! At the bottom of the hill after tubing down you get in line to ride the covered escalator/lift that carries you back up to the hill. There wasn't really ever too long of a wait, but you can certainly walk up the hill with your tube if you don't want to wait. The line does go by quickly though. There is a lodge area where you can hang out, which is the same building where you get your tickets. The menu is limited with hot food items, and they sell beverages and some snacks. No alcohol. This is also where the only restrooms in the area are, so expect a line. Overall, buckle up and have fun! Employees here were all so nice, helping out and making sure everyone had a good time! I felt like the session went by so fast even if the sessions are two hours long! So much fun - I would happily go again!

This is my first time tubing here, it was such a fantastic experience! This is an activity that is great for people of all ages, I saw a bunch of parents bringing their kids, but my friend and I (two grown ass adults) also really enjoyed our time here. First, all ticket sales were online this year. We literally managed to snatch up the two last tickets of the season because it was sold out for March and April. Getting the tickets online was very easy, you get a barcode and then when you get to the park you just go to the booth, they scan the code and then give you your session tickets to attach to your snow jacket. The parking lot is further down from freeway off ramp, and there was a small sign that pointed further to the tubing parking. I got there 20 minutes before my session and was able to start on time. The line for the magic carpet was long so we only used it the first time we went up, for the rest of the session we just walked up, it was quite a workout but super fun. The sessions were run very smoothly, they had plenty of staff around. We did about 12 runs in the one hour and 45 minutes allotted time. Would love to come back here again next season! Five stars for the experience, but giving it four stars because tickets were so hard to get!

Tubing runs. Taken from bottom. As you can see folks are stopped on the hill. This was after several runs.

This is a kind of odd post review. Unique for sure! Monday - Tuesday Feb 15-16, 2021 The Pass was closed. But, fortunately (kind of) it reopened Tuesday evening (3pm). So, we had scheduled our tubing for Wed, Feb 17 (first session). We bought these tickets back in late January. Did I mention it snowed another 12" overnight. So, with the closure of the Pass and additional snow... We came in to Wednesday morning session to at least 18-24" of snow on the tubing runs. They weren't groomed. Meaning the runs were basically virgin. It was awesome until you stopped on the hill and had to trudge the rest of the hill down to the end. We are into snow shoeing but this was basically blazing a new trail in knee high snow. Okay so rant over. Bottomline: My 8 year old son had a blast. Not often that much un-groomed snow. Lesson's Learned: 1) Ticketing office is at the lower parking lot (not their usual location at the top) 2) Tape down your pants so no snow comes up. I had snow pants but I saw a lot of folks not prepared for this. Typically one doesn't need them much as the slopes are often well groomed. 3) Expect a lot of work and not much sliding with that much new snow. At the end of our session (close to 10:30) the runs were getting better. Instead of stopping on the bottom of the hill you got about 1/3-1/2 of the run. Unlike other times where they had placed mats at the end of the run to slow you down... The extra snow easily stopped you. 4) Don't be the first session after a Pass closure! Lol Granted it was a different (unique) experience for sure!

First time for us tubing in Washington 3/11/2022. First of all I booked one week early, but I booked for 6 of us instead of 5, finding a way to contact them was a little hard, they do have on line submission for issues but I'm old and rather talk with someone. Anyways I submitted my issue, and they refunded one ticket, which was awesome. Made our way there, got in early for the first session, wasn't sure what we needed to do or how we needed to park, but just followed along with everyone. We had asked questions from the staff and they were very helpful. Before they opened up they "briefed" everyone. After they opened up, we all had fun, no complaints. So for the price of admission, it was way worth it, from what I researched, visiting state parks to do this in Washington, you need park and parking permits, and I think they require tire chains, all would have been more out of pocket than the fees at Snoqualmie Resort.

Rant: I took one star off because I waited in a long line and when I got up to the front I was told I needed a liability waiver form for my daughter. I didn't see any signs prior and the employee said "well there are signs all over place." I had to get out of line for the waiver (why they're not up at the front is beyond me they take half a second to sign) and get all the way back in the line again. When I checked I saw one sign leading up to pay and I wasn't standing next to said sign when I walked up, I was on the other side of people who were so I didn't see if. Is it my fault, sure I wasn't scanning the area for signs, but they should have them at the window. They don't take up time to fill out. ANYWAY, that said, tubing was fun. Two hours is a long time to tube, one would have sufficed. I like the escalator, but the line was so long I mostly walked up. It's kinda pricey, but I guess there are lots of staff and grooming to be done. It's something I'd do once every year or two, but it's close to Seattle if you want to do it often.

Went snow tubing last weekend with my kid. It's his first time play snow tubing and he absolutely loves it. It's such a fun activity for the whole family. The direction to the snow tubing was clear on the google map, however the sign after we got off highway was half buried in snow, so there was a little bit confusion there. Other than that, the place was quite easy to find. Parking lot is huge and has a great view of all the snow mountains. The ticket counter was a little slow though, take the guy quite some time to processing each family. And he had quite a frustrated time adding paper when it was my turn. Tons of people for each 2 hr session. Half of them were very excited kids. There are more than a dozen snow tubing tracks there, so the waiting line is not too bad. Usually you have 4-5 people in front of you and the line goes fast. My kid loves it immediately after his first try, and kept playing it until he was exhausted from climbing up back to the hill. Not all the tracks are equal. The ones on the right were steeper, which caused people too fast to stop at the end and occasionally bumped into the crow. The ones on the left side, however, were not steep enough so very often the tube stopped before it reached the end, and the people had to jump out and walked to the end line. There was an escalator to bring people back to the top from the end of the track. However the speed was quite slow and the waiting line was so long and many of us, including me and my kid, chose to walk back. The road was steep and slippery, quite a hard work out for the kids. My kid got so tired after 5~6 such climbing back that I had to drag his tube for him. But the tubing down part was so fun that he kept doing it whenever he gathered enough strength. In general, despite the $25 per person price, the activity was lots of fun for the whole family, especially no ski skill is required.

Beware! Ordered FOUR of these Teriyaki Chicken bowls for $8.50 each. There were only seven SMALL pieces of chicken in each bowl! RIP OFF!

Food-seriously feeling ripped off. Ordered four teriyaki chicken plates at $8.50 a pop after tubing. Got to the car and there were only SEVEN TINY pieces of chicken on each plate. Seriously!?! Not ok. Hot chocolate was great, tubing was good times, but I'm sorry, you are ripping people off with that food!

We had a great time! Follow thier suggested arrival time and get there 45 min early to get your printed tickets so you can avoid the line (this is for pre-purchased online orders as well). The snack shack is small so be prepared for crowded and long lines. The tubing lanes were well groomed and lots of fun. I think there were 25 lanes open to tube down. I noticed lanes 2-19 had warning signes that said, "No doubles, no traines, and no jumping". So when we noticed the lanes that didn't have the signs we naturally assumed we could ride double and we did. Once we got to the bottom we got scolded. I tried to explain that we were in the lane that didn't have the signs and thought it was ok. The guy who scolded us simply told us that we should have known better. I disagree. If you have lanes with warning signs and lanes without i think it's a common thought that it's ok to do those things that are restricted in the other lanes. I'd have to say that one double ride down the hill with my teenage daughter was the highlight of my tubing. I'm lucky if i get any communication at all from my daughter and for her to jump on my lap to ride down with shared screams and laughter was simply priceless! The five dollar charge to observe seems pretty ridiculous. Overall, a great time.

So much fun. Other reviews implied that it gets overcrowded, so I'm glad we were there on a Seahawks game day, which made it not as crowded as it might have otherwise been. The tubing runs have a stunning view, and I felt like there were enough newer tubes to suffice. I snagged a superfast fairly new one and was very happy with it. Just be sure to grab one that doesn't look like it's faded by the sun, looks like it's taught with air, and check the inside to make sure no metal pumping tube is sticking up -- I saw one or two with this hazard, but it was easy to pass over them for a newer one. The runs, while not watched with a hawk eye, had staff at the top every few lanes or so. You still have to use your own best judgement as to how long to wait before the previous person clears the lane, and I had to stop a small kid or two who was about to go way too early after their parents, but it was no big deal. I did once slam into a group of adults who were just casually talking at the bottom of the runs, which was so irritating. DON'T STOP AND HAVE A CHAT IN A SPOT WHERE PEOPLE ARE HURDLING TOWARD YOU AT GREAT SPEEDS! Even if you feel like you're far away from the slope, even if you're all the way near the rope line, I promise you someone can still slam into you and then you WILL fall on them and that's just awkward for everyone involved. So walk and chat! Easy as that. A few complaints I read on here were that it would be so crowded that you'd only get to do 3 or 4 runs an hour....not true of my experience. We did at least 15 runs that first hour, using the tow line half the time and walking up the other half. Walking up the side without the toe line is faster, and the slopes on the non-toe line side tend to be less croweded, since the little ones seemed to tube coser to the toe line. The toe line was handy though, and I found that going up it on my stomach was an easy way to make sure I didn't get decapitated. It is a low line, and you need to watch out for it. On my last run, when they called last call, I got a spin/push from an employee and that was a glorious ride. No matter how old you are, I highly recommend asking for an employee to spin you, you won't regret it!

My very first time tubing was 2 weeks ago and it was freakin awesome!!! I don't know how these hills are compared to snow lodges or resorts but this was an excellent experience! I had an absolute blast and maybe I lucked out because it was very smooth and the lines weren't too bad at all! We ordered our tickets ($24 for 2 hrs) like a couple days before we headed out on a Saturday. When we arrived, parking was ample and people were there helping people park. When we got to check in, it wasn't that busy and people were very helpful. There were loads and loads of snow, wind and tubes! There's about 8-10 lanes and you just pick a tube and go down a lane! That easy! The slope itself wasn't too steep but steep enough of a dip that's good for kids and adults! After sliding down, you can walk up the small and short hill or wait for the lift. I walked and waited and the walk literally takes a few mins to hike up and it was faster than waiting in line. After the 1st hr the line winds down and is definitely faster. We nonstop tubed for the 2 hrs and it was awesome. We got to tube up until the time allotted. There were very helpful staff members too. The only bummer was the slopes that were used more were harder and bumpier than the far lanes. So in the end we ended up using the far lanes because it didn't hurt the derriere as much. Otherwise, I would recommend it. And want to do night tubing next season! They have bathrooms, a small cafe for food or drinks and a room for tables to eat. Definitely worth it foe the price. Make sure to dress warmly!

What we didn't know was what a special place Kathy and Brad had created for their guests. Our adventure started once we headed up a gravel road. At first, we thought we'd take a wrong turn - but no sooner that thought than a sign on a tree, "Mountain Home Lodge 2.2miles." We knew we were on the right track. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sierra and Millie, the MHL doggies. Brad came out with Carlos to say hi, ask if we needed anything- and loaded up our things to take to the cabin. Brad made sure we knew how the things worked, turned on the music, and left us to settle in. The cabin was perfect! Chairs in front of the fireplace, fluffy king-sized bed, large jacuzzi tub, rocking chairs and table on the porch, and a comfy couch in the loft to watch a movie. Small details were not missed - light toiletries, kurieg, and coffee. Blankets on every chair inside and out and plenty of towels. Did I mention the water pressure was awesome!? Around 5:30, we headed to the Lodge for appetizers prepared by Kathy- squash soup shots with crustini, cream cheese, strawberries, and a balsamic glaze. The view was amazing while we munched on our goodies. Kathy and Brad are so friendly and full of easy conversation. After appetizers, we headed back to our cabin and played a couple round of chess - the upstairs hutch had a few games for us to play. We fired up the jacuzzi tub and enjoyed a drink while basking in the mountain. Millie and Sierra stopped by to say goodnight, which we loved being dog people. We sat on the porch with them and watched the sky change from light to dark. In the mornings, there is a delightful breakfast offered. Everything was delicious. Kathy and Brad made lovely recommendations for things to do and food to eat. We were considering a hike, and millie and Sierra offered to come along. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for a hike- but we will definitely go with them next time! While we ate breakfast in the lodge, we decided to check out the mountain with the binoculars. I think my husband spent most of his time peering at the mountain with the binoculars at the Lodge and cabin. But like I said, the small touches make this place special. It's definitely a wonderful place to unplug. The quiet, views, and accommodations are amazing. I'm so happy to add Mountian Home Lodge to our not so far- feels like a real vacation getaways.

As parents of a 3 year old and a 1 year old, we have not felt this relaxed in a LONG time. Brad and Kathy have thought of literally everything. Need a wine opener? No problem. Champagne chiller? You got it. Trail maps, walking sticks, snow shoes, movies to watch, games to play.... no problem. It's all there for guests to borrow. We stayed in the Mountain Trout room, which was nicely appointed with a queen bed, super plush carpet, comfy robes, oversized towels, and really nice sheets. As we were lucky enough to squeeze in after someone else canceled, we didn't get our pick of a room, but we didn't mind at all. Included in our rate was a healthy and delicious breakfast made by the lodge chef, using many ingredients harvested from the property. We were also treated to complimentary appetizers and wine in the evenings. It was divine. Brad and Kathy take great pride in the lodge and love to share their knowledge of the local area, from where to have dinner or where to hike. Like another reviewer said; nothing feels fake. You feel like a welcomed guest in a very comfortable setting, and you leave feeling like you have made new friends. A nice touch was the balloons that were in our room upon our arrival. They knew we were there for an anniversary and this was a very sweet gesture. We also found a small bottle of port waiting for us in our room each evening. A typical day was waking up, enjoying the lovely breakfast and views, chatting with the hosts and other guests, hiking the trails immediately behind the lodge (We did the Peshastin Lookout; approximately 5 miles RT and spectacular) with the resident dog "Millie", coming back for a soak in the outdoor hot tub, then walking or driving into downtown for shopping, dinner (if not eating at the lodge), or Oktoberfest shenanigans, then back to the lodge for a game of cards in the media room. Repeat. We would come back to MHL a million times over. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you so very much!

Unfortunately, after repeated experiences, it simply does not. As someone who frequently travels and dines at upscale restaurants and banquets, I can confidently say that what is marketed as refined here does not align with what is delivered. On multiple occasions, we found long dark hairs in our food -- including in my children's mac and cheese. This was not a one-time oversight. It became a pattern. Even more concerning, management-level staff with very long dark hair were consistently seen delivering food without it properly secured. When basic food safety standards appear optional at the leadership level, it speaks volumes. Beyond that, service execution is disorganized. Tables are crowded, and we repeatedly received incomplete settings or missing items -- condiments, steak knives, and at times portions of the meal itself. These are elementary details for any restaurant, let alone one positioning itself as upscale. The only bright spot was one blonde server named Sandi who handled the situation with professionalism and composure. She demonstrated the level of service the restaurant claims to embody. What ultimately makes the experience untenable is the atmosphere created by the head chef audibly yelling tickets and shouting at staff throughout service. A dining room should feel polished and controlled -- not chaotic and tense. After giving this establishment many opportunities to improve, we have decided not to return. High-end dining is not about price points or aesthetics -- it is about consistency, leadership, and standards. Those fundamentals are currently lacking here. Gorgeous place nonetheless.

I reported it to the health dept and they just repeated what the hotel told them about pH balance and sanitary levels. I spent three hours in a tub without a staffer taking levels. In Palm Springs, it is on the clock hourly. 2) in the snow tubing area, which was vast, I flew into a frozen pond and broke through to what smelled liked raw sewage, Suncadia reports it's just water run off. It was not quite "It's a Wonderful Life" traumatizing... but it's the first thing I remember about my birthday... even over the UTI that prevented me from making love to my husband for two weeks. 3) My gift was left in the room but never reported as missing. My only birthday gift this year. 4) Suncadia is a total cheap repelicant of rich people resorts. I don't want to go to those places because I detest rich people. However Suncadia is simple and overwhelmed, like the Vegas version of the Eiffel tower instead of the real Effiel tower.

We wanted a weekend away and will absolutely be returning!…read more The interior of the hotel is lovely with ample places to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend including the lounge, a seat by the fire out front, or just relaxing in the room itself. We stayed on the spa floor and having an in-room fireplace made for such a cozy addition to an already great stay. Spa treatments and dinner, while a bit pricey, were well worth the cost in our opinion. Even the waiting/relaxation area for the spa felt luxurious with a lit fire, snacks, and a tea station at the ready! And for the Twin Peaks fans there are a variety of great nods to the show without feeling like you've stepped into a tourist trap. Themed cocktails and a handful of shop items were tasteful and unique! Overall, Salish has landed on our "to revisit" list as a fast favorite!

Our waitress was so helpful and personable... she made for a nice experience. The food was excellent! My buddy ordered the big American breakfast and it's the most food I've ever seen at brunch! It came with overnight oats, pancakes, yogurt, meat, eggs and choice of drink... so wild! I ordered the pork shank benedict and wow! The croissant was a great base, pork done very well and the hollandaise was out of this world! And don't forget the biscuits!

You have to walk a quarter mile back to the lobby to let your dog out through the lobby in the middle of the night (or anytime your dog needs walked). This makes absolutely no sense. We arrived for our stay on a Sunday night. Just a couple of cars in the lot. Entered, rang the bell, greeted by one guy from the restaurant who told us someone would be out to check us in in 2 or 3 minutes. Someone came pretty quickly but it took him sooo long to tap tap tap on 2 different computers to get us checked in. Took 10 minutes to get our key, which was presented in dirty, previously used envelope with other numbers scribbled out. We were very thankful there wasn't a line at checkin. Oddly enough, after going to our truck to get our things and reentering, the desk clerk was scurrying down the hall in front of us, keyed into a room briefly, then came back down the hall toward us. We realized he had gone into our room then exited. Not sure why, but unsettling. Again, this is a dead Sunday night and we made the reservation 3 days ago... For $170 on a Sunday night ($129, plus pet fee $25 plus tax) we feel scammed paying this amount for this rundown place. The hotel is in need of lots of TLC. The bathroom sink hot water doesn't work. We're still waiting for the room to warm up. My husband shoved the bath mat and a towel in the big gap that the taped up, makeshift window/floor A/C unit going out the window creates. Take away - if you don't need to stay at the summit, don't stay here. It's gross, unkempt, and unloved. Edit - it's morning and our room never got warm. The heat doesn't work. We ate at Commonwealth across the street. Great food and service.

The inn is pet friendly with rooms on the first floor. I found that strange since the hallway only has one exit and we were at the end. The room was spacious but the bed was not comfortable. My fur-pet deserved a better room. There was pet hair all over the room and my guy doesn't shred. All pets aren't the same! All pet owners aren't the same! Having certain rooms set aside should depend on the size and breed of the animal. Over all it was an experience and a lesson on how to plan lodging if we return.

Before I even got to my ski lesson, the staff fixed me up with rental gear, heard my concerns around my boot fit feeling too tight and allowed me to exchange the gear with ease. I forgot a pair of goggles, and the nice young man assisting me with my skis lent me a pair without charging me. During my lesson they even assisted me with getting my lift pass for me from my locker when I didn't realize I needed it on me. It truly was above and beyond! I took my first ski lesson at Crystal Mountain with Chane. He was knowledgable, patient, and very encouraging. His instruction was clear and had me ready for the slopes by the end of our lesson. I spent the rest of the day practicing and even had lunch in between! Their Fireside Cantina was delicious and hit the spot (try the wings! they were crispy and delicious). Getting to and from the mountain was easy as well-the shuttle from the Enumclaw Expo Center was on on time and a smooth ride. I am so excited to go back and get to skiing again because I know I can look forward to another amazing experience.
