I didn't care for the samosas, nor the chicken tikka meal. My husband liked it. He also preferred the white sauce from here instead of Kabul's. While the food was decent it doesn't compare to Kabul. It was a solid 3.5. I was really taken aback by the size of the chicken kebabs and the portions we received. The kebabs were extremely small. There wasn't enough for any leftovers.

You could take them home by the pound and cook heat them up however you prefer. Another option is have the owner mix it up for you in their spices and aromatics (highly recommended) and eat it as is. I usually go for the full mix, which included a spicy mala sauce with garlic, onion, cilantro, and peanuts. However, feel free to tell him to exclude anything you don't like. Most recently, I order some pig snouts without mala because my friend liked spicy, but not the numbness. It was still absolutely delicious. If you're ever lucky enough to see the pig face ($25), be brave and order it because that's some of the best eats on a pig. In the midlde is a generous portion of bhat (rice). It was nice to sample a few different things, but anyone who has eaten South Asian food before will find it all familiar. The food is completely fresh either. The seating area is on the second floor, but I could still heard them downstairs microwaving all the various things for me. Perhaps the momos are better here?
