After I ask, they say they can have it in noon the next day. I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.

Briefly, an employee broke the dipstick and parts entered the engine. There is also doubt about the quality and quantity of the "semi-synthetic" oil recommended which I purchased based on representations by their employees. The engine is now dieseling, knocking, and no longer runs far without stalling. My video has "before" and "after" scantool readings, as well as the receipt. The manager was so embarassed that I was given a $12 discount without my asking. Their people were quite warm and pleasant and offered advice as to where to buy Punjabi samosas in the area. One more item: Their manager offered to replace my car's fuel filter. I agreed to his suggestion, but did not hear anything further, so I do't know if he did/didn't change the fuel filter, which he said was under the car. He went down the steps to "below", and came back up a minutes later.

After inspecting the car Paul called and told us exactly what the problem was, but said he had looked it up on the internet and discovered that the failed part was in a factory recall, and instructed us to take it to a dealership, which we did. They repaired it within a couple of hours and it was totally free! Paul, if he were dishonest, could have fixed it himself and charged virtually any amount, and we would be none the wiser, but he was honourable! I was looking for an honest and excellent mechanic since we only moved to Surrey a year ago. I'm delighted I have found him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had the spare tire on when I arrived. They were very efficient in patching the tire quickly & didn't charge me, but then suggested that I needed new tires & if I have winter tires I should get them on ASAP. Then when I got home & opened that back of my SUV - what should I find - my spare tire lying there! It is supposed to go underneath & I know it does require some finesse to get it back under there. I called them & they were certainly expecting my call! The ready excuse was that they had tried to do it but it wasn't working & that they had "forgotten to mention it to me"! And they call themselves "tire experts" ? They said I could bring it back tomorrow to see if they could fit me in. I'm not taking it back to them - they would probably break it, just like they broke my tire pressure sensor 6 years ago claiming that Toyota had done it in their last servicing! By the way - I checked my tire rating which was done by Toyota at the end of June & the treads measured 7/32". Totally unethical & I'm never going back!

I've never been so demeaned for being a woman. I called back for a refund after the refused to service me. Meanwhile Richard the owner sat in my car and googled codes he wasn't able to fix. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. I called the following day for a refund and Allan told me to come in again and I said I didn't trust their work after coming in and waiting. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.
