They are some of my very favorite people in Bakersfield. They have always treated me very kindly, and have provided me with the very best dental care of my life. The office is comfortable and professional. Everyone there cares about and takes pride in what they do and say every day. Everyone works well together. Dr Bang will advocate for her patients and will coordinate care with other providers for her patients. There is no one better. From the awesome office ladies, to the traveling specialist, to the assistants and hygienist - everyone here is fabulous and if I ever get the chance to come back I will in a heartbeat. Dr. Sharobiem was very gentle, explained everything step by step, and made sure I was okay throughout the procedure. I have been a patient for twenty years, and in the last month, I have had to reschedule two appointments due to long wait times (30 then 40 mins). Their most qualified and efficient hygienists have retired or moved on. The kiosk check-in system is also faulty and does not always go through to the front desk, so they think you're late or a no-show unless you speak to the receptionist. There is also now a host standing by the kiosks... why? I am disappointed because I pay for PPO just to continue going to CD. I vote for them for Bakersfield's Best every year. And I have referred all of my friends and family to them throughout these years. But I won't be doing that anymore. Will report back if things improve.

I had to have a filling done on a tooth where the filling came out and it was the best experience I have had. He was gentle and spoke to me throughout the procedure. I told him I have anxiety with procedures and was patient and made sure I didn't feel a thing. My daughter also goes here and she loves him too. The staff are extremely friendly. His staff is amazing and sweet as well. They are thorough with their cleanings. The wait time is minimal and you are usually out in 20 mins. Can't stop recommending him.

I saw 4-5 different assistants, and they had no idea what they were doing. I was so fed up, I got up before the procedure, let them know that I was leaving and, after cancelling the rest of appointments, left the office. I let them know I was not returning, and asked them to credit my account for the remaining $187.00. I believe Huang was told lies about my interactions with the assistants. They claimed, falsely, that I was a huge threat to the staff! In no way did I offend anyone, I just told them the reason for me leaving. I was a victim of their confusion and lack of professionalism. I know what is the truth here, and they lied. So, I received a text that told me I was not welcome anymore. Nothing about my refund. I already cancelled and had no inclination of coming back. It has been nearly a month and they have refused my calls to check on my refund. Huang owes me a refund, so I will need to contact my bank to receive the refund. This dentist is in it for money. Do not trust this dentist or his assistants.

They talked me through all of the options we had, they comforted my son, ensured he was comfortable and fully numb before extracting the tooth. I was worried that my son would be fearful of the dentist after that but so far he's not.
