I have been taking all 6 of my children to Crown Dental for many many years, my oldest daughter is 30 years old now and she is still a patient here! She also has brought her daughter here too! The office staff are friendly and helpful and explain everything to us thoroughly. The dentists are amazing and very kind too! I have bad anxiety myself getting dental work done and they work with me to make me feel as comfortable as possible. And moms- you can be with your kids in the room until they are actually doing dental work and then all the doors are always open and you can walk back and forth and check on your kids as much as you want! If i could give 0 stars I would! Their policies are retarded and they've traumatized my child while having her strapped down amd wouldn't let me near her. They claimed most dentist office carry the same policy and I quickly learned that is not the case! The detist have horrible communication, the receptionist are rude and have ugly attitudes. Our entire family would go to them until this incident with my daughter and now they've lost 7 clients! Oh and before i forget, you're appointment might say 2 pm. I guarantee you wont be seen until at least 3:30. They tend to over book themselves and you end up waiting as if they took walk ins! read more

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with any dentist office in my 32 years of going to dentists. When I booked my appointment I was told that the exam alone is $80, and if I were to do a basic cleaning thereafter, the total would amount to around $120. I even asked to confirm that she meant $120 total for the exam and cleaning, or $80 for the exam + $120 for the cleaning, and she confirmed that the former was accurate. Upon arriving to my appointment, they charged the $80 for the exam, and after the exam, the Office Manager Breanna Moreno tells me it'll be an additional $150 for cleaning. I politely explained that I was quoted a completely different price over the phone, and asked if there's something we could work out in terms of a discount (I literally would have agreed to a $20 discount for the cleaning). This seemed to anger and offend her immediately and she rudely scolded me to "leave and find another dentist". During my wait in the lobby, I overheard an exchange between another disgruntled patient and the receptionist over the patient not having the proper type of insurance, despite the patient repeating the fact that she called to confirm if they would accept it beforehand and was told "yes". This was truly disappointing in every regard. read more

Because of your time he had to ask two days off from work. Because of you, my work schedule is messed up, and because of you, my dad couldn't eat for 2 days. If you check back 2 years ago T.D is me who left you a same comment on here. You did apologized and did same thing as today. I would never come back again to your BAD customer service when I talked your office manager, there was no apologies at all to us. She yelled as we have to follow your schedule. You are liars.
