After a bit of friendly phone tag, I connected with the owner, Randy. Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. He promptly forwarded my name to them and I got a call back from the Fibre Clean owner right away! The work has been completed and now my old furniture looks beautiful again! Very high quality work as well as top notch customer service and communication. My furniture looks brand new and I am so pleased! I would definitely recommend a call to either of them if you need any type of leather cleaning and conditioning done. They not only work on furniture but also auto upholstery, boat upholstery and more!
