This review is for the tow truck driver who helped tow my dad's boat to a local repair shop yesterday. My dad's boat's bearings broke during his fishing trip up at Clearlake. Not only did the tow truck driver have great customer service skills, he went above and beyond to help me figure out the most cost effective solution for my dad and his boat. So instead of paying $800+ to tow it back home, my dad ended up paying $135 to get it towed to a local boat repair shop instead. I am so sorry I forgot his name in the middle of all the chaos, but this driver deserves a raise!! Thank you so much for saving the day! :) read more

I wish they had a 0 star review. I just had the worst customer service of ALL TIME. So this "so called" All American Towing Company just disrespected me to the fullest. My daughter put her car in for what was suppose to only be a new started being put in. He has had her car for over a month and she was not getting anywhere talking to him because he is trying to get more money out her saying it is something else then it is something else again. Trying to juke her for more money. She then called me to ask me to call and check on the status because I am a professional. I called this man and introduced my self. He let out a loud *SIGHHH* then proceeded to tell me. "COME PICK UP THE FUCKING CAR." I said "EXCUSE ME" He said yet again "JUST COME PICK UP THE FUCKING CAR." I am now in the process of calling the BBB and reporting him. I have never been talked to like that by anyone that is suppose to be a business. I am appalled at the disrespect. I needed a tow from Lakeport to Clearlake Park, so I called them up and the driver on duty answered. I asked how much it would cost and right then he Google mapped it and and told me the price. I didn't have all the money so I told him I'd call back. Was able to round up the money ($230) and it was few hours from the first time I called. I gave him a call, but the car was in Lakeport and I was in Clearlake Park with no ride to the tow business. Within 15 minutes he was in front of my house to pick me up! Talk about service! Great driver and had much to talk about during the ride there and back. He was experienced and knew what he was doing, he was able to unload the car into a somewhat difficult place. According to their prices, he actually took $3 off the cost (from $233 to $230). This was very helpful since I didn't have that extra $3. Next time I need a tow or know someone who does, I will call All American Towing without second thought. I've always had bad experiences with tow companies, like many many others have as well I'm sure, but this was the best I've ever had. If you need a tow, call them! You won't be disappointed. So this is the best kept secret in lake county ca, We found them by accident when we noticed our motorhome lights wouldn't come on. We drove in and Thomas fixed them in a just a few minutes. We also noticed that he works on a lot of the police cars and race cars, so we figured he must be good and we were right. Not only is his work amazing and quick, it Is affordable. He has even fixed the cv joints on my bmw, that costs me about half what the dealership wanted. if there were 10 stars, this towing company deserves it. when AAA and Good Sam and no other towing company wanted to come out and tow my 1 ton dually because it weighed "too much", All American towing came to the rescue on time and also gave a far better deal than others.
