The company called me originally stating they didn't have someone to do a long haul tow, but after they checked with AAA they determined all other responses would be very extended arrival times, so they committed and dispatched a driver. I'm so thankful for this! Response time was just over an hour, tow operator was well supplied and knowledgeable, and he made the trip bearable with humor and good conversation. We arrived to the tire shop 3 minutes before they closed- I got a new tire and hit the road to finish making my way home.

She claimed he wasn't on my account even though I have his number and said she didn't want her driver driving to Healdsburg. That was the real problem, it's not that he doesn't have AAA it's that she didn't want to honor his 100 mile tow. She told the driver, who already had him in the truck, to drop him off and leave him on the side of the road when it's dark and raining. This company should not be in business with her shady business practices and AAA should not be partnering with a company who won't uphold their end of the contract. If deb is an employee she should be fired. If she is the owner she should not be in business. If something were to happen to my dad being stranded due to her not wanting to do her job I would 100% hold them liable.

Our insurance company was being so difficult so we ended up calling this company directly. The representative who answered the phone was so helpful and even gave us some tips on dealing with our insurance company. We had already been stranded for about an hour in 100 degree weather with 3 kids in the middle of no where. The representative sent someone out right away with waters for all of us and said they'd send out the bigger truck so we could all fit in for the ride. Our driver Daniel arrived and we were on our way. As we arrived at the Tesla charging station, we discovered the car was so dead we couldn't even open the doors or get it to start charging. Daniel stayed out there with my husband for what had to be about an hour and a half trying to help him figure it out. He allowed my kids and I to stay in the tow truck with the AC. Daniel had to call another truck out to help and all was resolved. I am very grateful for how quickly they got to us, how understanding they were, and how patient they were.
