I took it to Lake View auto body. It needed a new hatchback (the old one was completely trashed), and the only way to prevent the car from being totalled (I didn't want that) was to find a used replacement. Jason took care of everything. The car seems like new now, absolutely beautiful. You wouldn't know anything had happened. They even drove me back home after I brought it in. They dealt with the insurance company and made everything super simple for me. This is my second review and the second time I've come out of the experience thinking they are absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The only sad bit for all of us, the doorbell camera did not trigger as the log flew off the cliff. We are deprived of an epic video. :(

Since then, my wife has taken in her Toyota, sienna and Subaru Legacy, and I have taken in my Ford Mustang and he and his staff have been nothing less than complete. Often, I will get a call when there is something else unbuttoned or crooked on the vehicle, and Jason will have taken care of it. The last project that he put together for me was my Toyota Tacoma and it was nothing less than perfect! I highly recommend the business, as Jason is honest as the day is long, and makes things happen!

I got my car detailed and it looked better than when I bought it. My car smelled so good and the seats and windows so clean. I have 2 small boys and you can imagine some of the sticky things found. Definitely worth it and I recommend them to everyone. By the way when we got the company vehicles back everyone asked where did we go because that's how good the polish was

I worked and spoke with Alex through the whole thing and he was awesome. Very honest and knowledgeable. He got back to me almost immediately anytime I had any questions or concerns and even tracked down the adjuster I hadn't been able to get ahold of. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even arranged the rental for me so it was all easy and stress free. Aside from the customer service the actual work done to my car was perfect! My car looked better then it did before the accident. And I believe they offer a lifetime warranty on all of their repairs. They also cleaned my car completely and detailed the inside which was a great surprise as I was not expecting that. They took my car in a beat up little mess and and returned it beautiful and like new! Highly highly recommend this shop.

They had the Jeep for three months. Upon return of our vehicle, the first day we noticed that the rear end leaked oil all over the garage. We took it back to the repair shop where they fixed the leak. The next thing we noticed was that the Jeep did not sit straight, IE the frame was bent. Again we took the Jeep back to the auto body shop. They had the Jeep again for another two weeks. The third time we had to take the Jeep back was because the original rear end had positive traction and this new rear end did not. The comment from the owner of the body shop was " Oh, that had a posi trac rear end?" Again the auto body shop had our Jeep for two weeks. Yes, we now had the posi trac back in the rear end. At this time we thought the "New " rear end looked exactly like our original rear end, as if they just put the old original rear end back in. With just 10,000 miles on the vehicle, ( and 5 years since we do not drive this vehicle but just 2,000 miles a year.) the rear end blew up while traveling home from our cabin doing approximately 50 miles per hour. As we had our Jeep towed to our mechanic in Lakeport, he informed us this should never happened at all. As the mechanic looked further into the problem, he stated that he felt the ring gear had been either over torqued or not torqued properly to where the ring would slip back and forth and eventually shirred all 8 bolts at once and locked the rear-end up to where we were not able to move. We contacted other mechanics to get their opinion on this matter and was told the same thing. This should have never happened. We then contacted Coach Craft Auto Body with this problem as it was going to cost us $800.00 to repair. The owner knew exactly what parts were used in our Jeep and said he would contact the source where he gets his replacement parts to see what they would do. We called Coach Craft several times over three months and was told to wait until the end of the month so the owner could check his fiances to see if he could reimburse us for this matter that should have never happened in the first place. We have never been contacted by the owner or any of his associates to resolve this issue. We have now taken this matter to the public with posters in our vehicles stating our dissatisfaction with this business.

In fact just recently Coach Craft repaired body work on my car free that damage was not on my car delivered to the dealership going to his shop in Lake Port. I have NEVER found a shop as willing to please and do the job, the rite way! In so far as saying that they maliciously replaced a rear end that was bent from a prev. accident is just nonsense, in my eyes! Walk into Coach Craft front room look at the awards either pictures and or trophies from coaching young boys and girls in our community, that the owner has to show his achievements to US, this alone speaks for this wonderful mans integrity honor and dignity! I have no connection to Coach Craft other than A 1 time auto body repair that was remarkable in service. I highly recommend with my 5 star rating because no shop has ever been so kind and willing to please me!
