Came here to get a tailored made suit for a wedding for the 1st time in my life. Not for myself, of course. But I'm sure they have women's tailored suits as well. Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!! Avoid store at all costs. Extremely unhelpful, don't answer their store phone for days even after multiple calls and voicemails and never return my call. Their store lost my suit the day before a wedding I was attending and didn't offer any help or service - just made it my problem to deal with. The Service is subpar. I've been to this location several times. They put you on waitlists in store when they are empty and not servicing anyone. Even when you have an appointment the service is still poor. Javier and Zabeel are stand-offish and often are involved in conversations amongst themselves at the front counter avoiding customers . You can't even reach the store by phone. You expect a concierge service when you buy these suits with staff giving you their personal business cards. We tried the store and three of their numbers with no luck for a suit pick up confirmation as no email was sent out. Only had positive experiences with Jon -Bryant & Erica. read more

This is the absolute worst suit supply I have ever been to. The staff is completely inept. They told me they had my size in a suit and needed to come back in an hour which is fine - wait list I guess which is fine. I never ran into this in nyc. I am 36 short. I got back and they actually did not have the Size in the suit they tried to get me to try on a size 40 so I could see the look. I am a 30 waist and they thought it was a good idea for me to try on a 34 for the same reason. We then moved on to a completely different jacket in a 38 which is still not my size and was double breasted. I explained that there was no point in me trying any of this on. They were still pushing it and I eventually walked out. Went to nyc - great experience. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

Walked in because I'm in need of a vest. I've heard great things and figured this was the spot. Walked out after 20 minutes of looking for someone to speak to and not a single effort was made to assist. Store was hardly busy and every time I made an effort to speak to someone, they quickly ran off or asked one of the 2 other gentleman shopping if they needed help and broke out into conversation. Imagine a five person team and 2 guys helping the same client You guys have a great setup, I loved your display and the products you sell seem to hold up to their name but my money went to Hugo Boss because all five of you require training on customer service. 20 minutes wasted. read more

I needed a suit for a wedding I was going to in a week. I went to Google to see what my options were after being disappointed at several stores in and near the mall. First thing to pop us was SUITSUPPLY so I ran up there bc it was already 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. They were fantastic!!! I was approached by Sergio who said he was helping someone but guided me to a section to start looking and that he'd help me in a few minutes. Sergio finished up with his customer and came right over to get me set up. Long story short, he helped me pick out a suit, got my measurements to tailor it, found me a perfect pair of shoes to match, and even picked out a tie to match. I kept apologizing bc it was well after they closed but Sergio kept telling me it was fine and he was going to make sure I was ready for the wedding on Saturday. Both my son and I are athletic fit types and since their suits are European cuts, we only needed the length taken up on our slacks which was done by their in house tailor. Had to wait 20 minutes per pair of pants and we were off! And our salesman Andrew was great, friendly and very helpful. read more

Walked in on Saturday when it was pretty busy. Guy who helped me clearly couldn't handle it and eventually told me I needed a custom suit because he was unable to tailor any of the ones there to my specifications. Walked 5 minutes to Nordstrom where they fit me into a suit in 15 minutes. Don't waste your time there. Go to a real store. read more

Hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I have been a customer for nearly 2 years at other SuitSupply stores, and will never shop there again due to this location. Purchased a suit online and took it here to get tailored. Prior to getting it altered, I spoke with a store employee about an issue I had with pants wearing-down in a certain spot due to my build. I wanted to be sure that this suit would last a long time before making any alterations; if it was a bad fit, then I would simply get one of their other suits. The employee assured me that this would not be an issue with these pants as long as I didn't wear them too frequently. The suit was light blue and checkered-plaid, not exactly a suit you wear more than 1-2x a month, so wearing them too frequently was not a concern; I went through with getting them tailored after receiving assurances from the employee. In a span of 3 months I wore the suit 4 times and the pants already had a 5-inch wide hole in them. I took them back to the store and explained the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but I could place a custom $300 order for a new pair of pants if I wished. Considering I was assured by an employee the pants wouldn't fail, and the suit hardly lasted 4 wears, this was not acceptable. I spoke with the manager and he reiterated that there was nothing he could do outside of a 15% discount on my next purchase. Needless to say, after a $700 suit was tattered after 4 uses, there will be no next purchase. It is apparent that the employees here are far more interested in playing dress-up than they are running an actual business. I can't recommend anybody shop here, and there are far better suiting options in the Roosevelt Field Mall. read more

Poor representation of a company that I usually adore. They had a display shirt priced at $79. When I asked for my size the sales person brought back an item at a higher price. They refused to honor the original displayed price. False advertising at its finest. Manager could not explain why the same style shirt at a smaller size cost more. What an amazing experience! On my first visit I met with Carlos who suggested that I not get a suit that day because I go to the gym and my body dimensions are constantly changing. Rather than make a quick sale he told me to come back closer to my wedding date. However, he did find the perfect suit for me that day. After going back I met with Carlos again and got the suit I needed and wanted. He did my measurements and I'm now awaiting the altered suit for the final fitting. What a professional, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with no pressure to buy and with fantastic suggestions. Very knowledgeable staff.
