We, like many other reviewers, are forced to have Suite Solutions due to a monopolized contract that our apartment complex has with the company (something that we were not made aware of until after signing our lease, and something that would have been a deal-breaker had we known how frustrating their service would be). The internet is unreliable, we were having speed test speeds FAR below what we were paying for. Their service representatives that have been to our apartment are rushed and not thorough at all. We had to go behind and fix the things that the service rep had done incorrectly while "fixing" our problems. It is nearly impossible to have multiple devices in use in our apartment. Streaming is impossible at times and the connections are extremely unreliable. They do respond quickly to service calls-- BUT the last call we had, the rep rushed in, replaced our modem (without even investigating our problem AT ALL) and quickly left after without allowing me to get a word in. We have been extremely disappointed with our service from Suite Solutions and are looking forward to when we move out of our apartment complex so that we can have reliable and affordable cable and internet again. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Absolutely the poorest excuse for a company I have ever found (next to Wal-Mart and Comcast) I am forced to use this awful service beause the apartment complex I moved to is not in an area where I can get anything BUT this... I have to reset my internet 4 or 5 times a day because the service goes out. I explained that to the zombies they have answering the phones and she is like well I don't know what to tell you... AND they are completely OVERPRICED for what you get... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This Internet service provider is a joke and will be out of business within a few years. Unfortunate for me this is the only provider available in my apt complex. Outrageous prices, terrible service and quite possibly the worst customer service ever. read more

I signed up for online payments which is supposed to email you notices each month when your bill is due. The emails only came intermittently, not every month. I then signed up for paper bills instead of email, and they only came intermittently. I wound up paying my bill late several times because of this. The last few months I used Suite Solutions I couldn't log into my online account because it said my username and password were invalid - the ones I had been using since I moved in. Customer service said they would put in a ticket with their IT people and it never got fixed. I had to call to pay my bill and was charged $5 every time because I wasn't paying online. Every time the wind blew hard the cable went out. If it rained at all you could forget about it coming back on for a while. Absolutely terrible service. read more

Terrible. Honestly, this is the worst internet service I have ever had. I pay for the highest speed which should be 55 mbps. If I am lucky I get anywhere from 12 to 20 mbps on wireless (some days much slower), which some loss is to be expected when on Wifi but that's quite a bit. Even if I plug directly in I have never gotten over 40 mbps, and I pay $78 per month for this. I even disabled the wireless on the wireless gateway they provide and added my own very expensive and fast wireless access point and it doesn't help. I am not renewing the lease at my apartment mainly for this reason, I find it shady that they force you to use this terrible and overpriced service. I need internet for work so this is unacceptable and it's really ridiculous that I have to move because of this. read more

Very high price and very bad quality, I'll do without before I would have them again .Make sure you check before renting that you aren't forced to use them. read more

These people cut off my TV/ Internet/ Phone (that was via Comcast) at my old apartment complex and then they told me I had to pay them twice as much money each month for them to reconnect all this, but apparently according to others, their services were only up and running a small part of the time. Not happy with them at all! They were the straw that broke the camel's back and so now I've moved out to a better place, partly because of them (and some other different problems with my former landlord.) read more

This is the worst company ever. I am in Grand Rapids, MI, suite solutions is the ONLY cable provider that my apartment complex offered. I have been waiting for my $40 refund from returning my equipment for 8 weeks. Every time I speak to anyone there, I am told; refunds are sent out 6-8 weeks from equipement return date. That's it. No other info, and no date I can expect it. WORST COMPANY EVER. If your apartment complex only deals with them-don't move there! read more

These people are idiots.......I waited 4 hours for phone service, I already have the cable and wifi which I am happy with. They never showed. I called 3 times and was never told at 12 the latest he was to be here , and was never told that he was sick. I was told he would be here in 5 minutes. An hour goes by, I call back and at that point they told me they tried to call me on Sunday the day before to tell me that the technician was not coming today. No one told me that this morning when I called to verify my apt , and the next two calls was why wasn't he here yet. I asked to speak to the supervisor first he said I had to wait till Thurs, this is Monday. Then he checked again and said tomorrow would work from 1 to 5. So not cool. They only have 1 technician I guess. So unprofessional people with no respect for their customers. The only reason I have them is because my apartment complex only uses this company. You don't have the freedom to use anyone else. That has got to change soon. No body living here wants a company that no body ever heard of especially one that treats tenants with such disrespect. read more

Be warned. I returned my equipment on 4/26 and was told at the time I would receive my refund for service paid in advance within 6-8 weeks. This was a long time for them to hold on to my $130 something dollars however nothing II could do about it so I let it be. I called back mid June and was told that I should receive my money either the last week of June or the first week of July. I called today after 10 weeks!!! for them to tell me we haven't processed your refund and it will take 3-4 more weeks. So they have had my money for 10 week and are telling me they need it for 14 weeks. I have a feeling they just keep brushing people off until you forget they owe you money. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they would be printing my check in the next few days but that it would take USPS 3 weeks to deliver it. I told them I could walk across the country in that amount of time and she replied that I would probably beat the check there. Most all my interactions with this companies customer service are terrible they have attitudes and hold times are ridiculous. I have had a couple of decent interactions with them but overall they are terrible. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB later this week. read more

I have worked in customer service before, and understand how difficult it can be to satisfy everyone. That being said, I have never been more dissatisfied with any company's customer service. This ISP is the only option in my complex. So my wife and I dont have a choice. My wife works from home. Good internet is a must have. We bought the fastest package they had, 30mbps. It would be great, however they have more so called 'scheduled maintenance' events then they have working internet. On top of that they don't tell you when it's going to happen and is out for hours. When calling customer service they tell you there is nothing they can do. And when you asks to speak with a supervisor you get told there is no supervisor available to take a call. They tell you there is a 24 hour wait period before someone will call you. I have been put on that wait list twice now and never received a call. Oh and I hope you don't need help after hours because they use an answering service. Someone will answer the phone to tell you to call back during working hours..... unbelievable. ***update 1 day later*** It's now been 24 hours since the above occurrence. We did get a 'supervisor' to call us back, Alfredo, at 9pm....... although he was very calm, he offered no solutions. In fact he tried every thing to take any blame away from themselves , and only blamed us. He did assure us that if there was going to be another 'scheduled, maintenance event' someone would call us...... guess what. The internet is out again for what customer service called 'schelduled maintenance'. And no one called. After refusing for a second day in a row to get off the phone until a supervised was retrieved, we were put on hold for quite awhile until Kim answered. Alfrdo mentioned her last night and said she was his boss. She said no one knows when scheduled maintenance will occur so it's impossible to inform people aside from an email. Which we have never received, nor our apt. complex has ever received. She blamed it on her bosses who are responsible for sending notification. When asking to talk with one, she refused told us the only way to talk with one is sending an email request through customerservice@suitrsolutions.tv. Which we had already done yesterday with no call back. Kim then hung up. I get that they may have to maintain their service every know and again. But deciding to do the maintenance during the day when people need the Internet most, instead of at night like most companies would do and not informing high paying customers before hand, seems to be beyond their comprehension. I have never written a bad review. I had to sign up for yelp with the only intention of writing this review to warn others of this awful company. read more

If there was a negative rating option, I would give them. They are a horrible provider, the services that they provide are horrible. Bad customer service, bad network up time, bad pricing, and the part that really sucks is that nothing is ever their fault. I am forced to use them, otherwise nothing would give me greater pleasure than to cancel the service and force them out of the apartment complex. read more

Suite solutions is the worst internet/television provider I ever had. I'm forced to get services from this crappy company. To get internet I have to buy costly 120 channel package. You will loose all the connection when it rains slightly. Customer service is horrible. Be prepared to wait for at least 45 min to talk to alive person. I wish my apartment management (Lakes of Schaumburg) would move back to Comcast/Dish read more

The shittiest cable we've ever had. Nothing but info-mercisls and 30 year old TV shows. You find a channel you actually want to watch, they remove it from your "package" I have never, ever had to deal with companies like this before. We are FORCED to go with them through the apartment complex. Was informed the cost of shitty programming is going up, so we will be doing without TV. As far as the Internet, it's better here than Time Warner, but again more expensive, we have to keep the Internet at $40 a month, what do you bet as soon as I cancel cable it goes up too. If you have a chance to choose your own TV cable DO NOT CALL SUIETE SOLUTIONS, it's a huge waste of money, and customer service Sucks, they know nothing they don't help at all, the DVR we had free for 6 months sucked, we've had nothing but trouble with equipment, they come out and replace with even worse equipment... Just don't get cable through them it's not worth the money read more

Upon closing my Account on September 15, which, according to the language printed on the back of their bills, indicated that 'all balances were paid in full at the time of cancellation', they subsequently sent me a bill dated September 24 for a movie that was watched on July 29. After two lengthy calls in an attempt to have them cancel this charge given the cancellation of the Account, they stated that they didn't have that charge available in their system at the time that we cancelled. So, in spite of our asking for total charges due upon cancelling the Account and paying that full about, they refuse to cancel the bill for a movie that was watched six weeks prior to that cancellation. Their explanation was that their systems didn't give them access to that charge, so, of course, that was MY problem. Suffice it to say, we will not pay this bill, and we recommend NOT trusting Suite Solutions Technology or their Billing systems. read more

As others have stated... wish I could give this provider ZERO stars or even a negative rating. Customer service is a joke and even my land line (yes, I still had a land line, don't judge :) ) did not work consistently. "Platinum" speed Internet, supposedly up to 12 mbps, never reached more than 3 mbps on a good day and frequently dropped for no reason. I am just coming off an unexplained 48-hour outage that cost me tons of money (I sell online for a living) and much distress. I was told a technician could not come to my property for ONE WEEK. I bought a Jetpack from my local Verizon store and am happy to report that I now have a consistent, and much faster, Internet connection. I also have a smartphone and don't really need the land line. When I called Suite NON-Solutions today to cancel all my services, I could not mask the glee in my voice. I am so happy to be done with their idiocy and incompetence. Staff at my apartment complex has already told me that they will NOT be renewing their contract with Suite non-Solutions when it expires in February. Hopefully other complexes will follow suit, this place will go out of business and people will get phone, TV, and Internet service that is reliable. Their technology would be considered cutting edge... in 1995. read more

If there were a way to give this "company" negative stars, I would. I was installed on 7/20 and today (7/21) I have no internet. When the technician left yesterday, I noticed the slow speeds and he assured me that once he closed out his work order, things would speed up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said okay. All night, my internet buffed and hung up. Now today, I can not connect at at. I called customer service at 11pm cst and waited for 10 minutes for a lady named Lisa to pick up the phone. I advised her of my issue and she said she'd have to send a message to someone in tech support and "maybe" they'll call me back. When I asked her if she could send a signal, she literally yelled at me that I wasn't listening and that I don't understand her. When I advised her that she didn't have to speak to me in that manner, she again yelled at me and said I'm being recorded. I advised her that I don't mind being recorded because I don't appreciate her tone or this horrendous "customer service". I asked for a supervisor. She denied me one. I asked for her employee number. She denied it. I advised that I would be calling back in the morning to file a complaint and she advised me that she's an answering service for suite solutions and she doesn't mind. I hung up and immediately started looking for other providers in my area. This is a horrible experience for someone who is a new customer. Not to mention that the 4 hour install times that they give and the lack of available installs on the weekend. It took me 3 weeks to finally get installed and I had already paid for my services. I work for a LARGE cable company and I'm going to suggest that either we buy out suite solutions or I will be reporting this piece of shit to the BBB. read more
