BEWARE! the worst coloring job I have had in 40 years. I would not go here if you care about your hair or customer service- I spoke directly to the owner and they would only offer to try to fix it - no thank you. I wont go back to the place that ruined my hair for a second round to try to attempt their botch job. they never apologized and the stylist even tried to tell me me that she thought it looked fine. absolutely terrible. read more

VERY Very disappointed with the service that Camden promised. The facial was great, however, she kept talking about what product to use and she would contact me with that information. First she said by the end of that day then she said by the end of the weekend. Also appears, she pretended t o book the next appointment, but that didn't happen, which is just as good. read more

CURLY HAIR GIRLS GO HERE!! Cannot recommend Melissa Callahan enough. My 10-year-old daughter and I were walk-ins that she happily took. She was so incredibly thorough with both of us and was fantastic with my daughter. She took quite a bit of time to get her scalp back to a healthy state and explained every step to her. My daughter left feeling very pretty and keeps saying how much she loves her hair. My hair is very curly and I'm always nervous when I go somewhere new but she did great! She was very knowledgeable about the needs of curls and what types of products are good for my locks. read more

I went to Rosie twice and each time she told me to pick from the wall of gel polish. The first time I picked two colors and she said neither of them were gel. Then she suggested some thing that was way different, green with glitter. Originally I had asked for light pink or white. I just ended up getting the pedicure because I really needed one and at that point I didn't care too much about the nails being sparkly green. I went back a month later and she did the same thing. Told me to pick from the wall and I picked four different colors and she told me none of them were Jill. I asked her to specify which ones were gel so that I could pick again and she did not. She went into the back and picked a totally different color that was like a fuchsia color and I had wanted a dark red/wine color. I don't know what's going on there but she could've just said maybe those colors weren't good for my skin tone. The second time I also had an appointment and I was greeted by a hairstylist at the door in a very curt manner. Then I waited over 20 minutes for Rosie to even acknowledge that I was there and start the water. During the pedicure, I told her that I had ingrown toenails on both of my big toes. She remembered that she got them out last time and she told me not to do them myself. I asked her to get them out several times and she only picked out the skin around it. She refused to get out the ingrown nails at that point I decided that I was not going to get a manicure with her, so I canceled that service. When I paid, I clicked print receipt and she said that was not an option and that her manager would email it to me the following day. That never happened and I left a email message on the business page and the owner never got back to me in regards to the gel nail wall that was never really gel according to Rosie. In addition, the hairstylist were talking badly about a customer who came in and said her hair was too dark. One of them responded girl bye when they were gossiping about her. I definitely won't be back and will not be recommending this business to anyone. read more

I scheduled a two hour appointment for a root touchup and haircut. Got to the appointment and she tried to tell me she would have to re-formulate everything and I would need over three hours. I have never had a three hour hair appointment and have been doing touchups and highlights for over 30 years read more

She was so talkative and informative throughout the entire process, and also told me I could fall asleep (I almost did!) all in all it was a 10/10 and my face has never felt better! read more

I started going here this past year for my eyebrows with Camden and I love it, so easy to book with them, their service is always personal and friendly. I decided to schedule my lash extensions there too because I was very happy with my eyebrows. Kristen is amazing, my lashes are beautiful I already booked a fill.
