I had LONG hair almost touching my butt, and I went in asking for layers, but said it was important to keep the length because I wanted to keep growing it. I should have known it was going to be horrible when she had me facing the front desk the entire cut rather than the mirror lmao. The majority of my hair was cut to about the length of my ears and she left a very thin piece in the back long. That thin piece was SEE THROUGH! I looked INSANE. I thought it looked fine when I left the salon because it was so curled I couldn't see any of the actual layers. Then I tried putting my hair in a pony tail (which I have to do for work everyday) and the majority of my hair wasn't even long enough to be pulled back into it. When I tell you I've been screaming crying throwing up every morning getting ready for work! A few days after this horrible cut I went to another salon to get it fixed. I had about 5 girls give me consults on what to do and they could not believe how bad it was. They said it looked like a haircut someone in their first month of school would do. They showed me that the layers were cut way too short at the back and that it looked like the stylist tried to fix it by cutting the rest at an angle, so i got a karen bob on top and a rat tail on bottom they ended up chopping the thin strands left long so it at least looked somewhat intentional, but oh my god I am so unhappy with what I got. I have honestly never felt uglier in my life, and I have never been that attached to how my hair looks. That's how dirty they did me. I can't even muster the courage to post a picture of what it looks like, so just trust it's bad bad. Whatever you do don't go to this salon, or at least book with Leann!

I ended up being scheduled with someone else because I was confident that no matter who I got, I would end up loving the results, unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Now when I showed up, I showed the hairstylist the video of the hair color that I wanted and explained to her that I understand that my hair won't look exactly like the video due to the girl having a shorter haircut , but I did say that I did want the raccoon tail. One side of the blonde is more gold than the other and she told me that I have to come back at the END of the service. As you can see it it's just a simple two tone hairstyle. Not to mention at the end of the service she did not blow out my hair but instead tried to style it curly because that's my natural hair, but it ended up looking really bad. I'm not sure how else I could've communicated to get the results I wanted. Yes, I should have told her that I wanted my hair to be blown out, but by this time I just wanted to leave. I did schedule an appointment to get the blonde piece in the front fixed but at this point, I think I'm gonna cancel and move on. The hair color itself is not bad whatsoever and I think she did great on the haircut! Unfortunately, the color is not what I asked for. Looking back the sectioning of the blonde isn't great either. One side of my hair has 2x more blonde than the other.This overall felt rushed. Not sure what I can do myself to fix my hair but I don't think I will be going back here for a color service for a long time and if I do it won't be with that stylist. EDIT: the response to this is ridiculous. Did you want me to say to the hairstylist "No, I'm not comfortable with you doing my hair because you have carpal tunnel" Why would I have a problem with that?! A poor job shouldn't be excused just because I said it was ok for her to do my hair even though she was having a flare up. It's not up to me to gauge if she was in proper condition to do my hair. I'm confused how that's falling on me. She could've easily canceled the hair appointment and all of this could've been avoided. Besides the blonde piece in the front that was gold, which I understood, she still did not follow what I asked. For $314 not including tip it would've been nice to have my hair done right. No offense to her, but why would you guys think I would trust her to fix it coming back a second time. For her to rush it again? Should I ask her if she's having a flare up and if she's going to be ok to do my hair? No thank you.

The highlights are ok however, the girl cut layers so short in my hair it won't go into a ponytail and my hair is a few inches past my shoulders and curly. It's like she cut bangs all the way around my head. The hair cut is so bad I want to chop all my hair off and restart. I would give this salon a zero if I could. I'm scared to go back and even ask for them to try and fix their mistake. I can't go based on any work because he did nothing…read more I went in for a consultation, it was such a weird vibe. It was quiet (no music) and no customers. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. I figured, if I'm going to spend $3-400 somewhere... I'd rather not spend it there thank you Looking at there reviews.. maybe they just don't serve latinas. Idk. ‍
