It has been about 2 years since the last time I Sugared my brows and Kassandra killed it! This location was super clean! Parking is right in the back. Prior to my appointment, I received several texts to confirm (day before and on day of) and it came with very detailed instructions on where to find them which I really appreciate the thoroughness! Kassandra was super sweet and very easy to talk to! We talked the whole time and it made the session fly by. Initially she asked me what shape I was looking for and she described what she would do. She always made sure I was content with the shape as it progressed. I was given lots of helpful skincare tips and some samples to try at the end! Her hand was extremely gentle and I will always always always prefer sugaring over using hard wax on my brows. Personally, it didn't hurt at all and I could fall asleep during it lol. I got a Brazilian sugaring with Sariah this week and she did a great job. Very talkative which helps distract from the pain situation going on downtown. She was very thorough and committed to providing a great service. The padded table was one of the most comfortable I have been on. The space is very cute but as for the layout it is definitely strange that the two rooms share a wall that doesn't up straight to the ceiling and you can hear the people in the next room. There are artificial plants in the open space but maybe building a custom wood piece to fill the area would be a simple solution. The receptionist was very sweet and notified me that there is a 15% discount when scheduling future appts which I greatly appreciate because regular beauty maintenance is not cheap. Typically, I get a bikini wax elsewhere. However, because of the positive reviews, I decided to try this. I was hesitant to spend more money than I typically do, but I figured with over 100 five-star reviews it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I did not find this to be the case. I was told my sugaring would last 4-6 weeks. It has been about 2.5 weeks, and it is already growing out. Plus, it was more painful than my typical wax. My biggest grievance is that they removed significantly less hair than I expected, and I didn't realize until I got home. For over $60, I wanted my sugaring experience to be perfect. read more

The first time I got waxed here it did hurt, I was told that the more water I drink the easier hair comes out. However, when I went back the second time, it was amazing.
