On the weekends this center is very quiet and parking is very easy. Lobby is small, but room for four clients. The massage therapist asked me a couple questions, but it was not a super thorough intake (I was a first time client). She did focus where I asked and the pressure was great. Bed and linens were high quality. It's good value, although they did just raise prices, so check their website for the latest. They offered water, but no other amenities. Service was friendly. Cons: You could hear different music from other rooms plus your own, which was distracting. Headrest was so tight that I was in pain, but didn't realize until I turned over. Those are adjustable! Ask to have it adjusted if you are uncomfortable. Oils were supposed to be infused with eucalyptus, but I didn't smell anything. So there wasn't an aromatherapy aspect, which was disappointing. Small but mighty! Wonderful check in with Stacy then into the waiting room: delightful tea with a quiet ambiance. My massage was with Brinley and she did an amazing job. Then onto Kendall for a facial: again, amazing! I came out more relaxed than I have ever been. So what else do you need to know? You can book online which is so helpful. They have a great selection of Eminence Products which I highly recommend. So I imagine you're thinking, "should I?" Heck yeah! I am a changed woman because of Beth. I've had many massages in the past at different locations that were painful - always was told my knots are so bad that a more intense pressure was needed. I'm used to a massage being a chore, but today I learned it can be both productive and deeply enjoyable. Beth used wonderful aromatherapy throughout the experience, was thorough yet very understanding of my problem areas. The room had the softest sheets, a cozy warm table, and Beth's warm, friendly energy set the scene for a perfect experience. I think my soul left my body on the table for a while there. I've never been so relaxed in my life - completely disassociated and was living in the moment in complete relaxation. Hours later my muscles feel fantastic and I am so grateful. Can't wait to see Beth again and will tell everyone I know about this great location! You get what you pay for. Very nice quaint location with beverage offerings, minimal shopping up front, and a warm welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Wonderful little Day Spa. I found Ocean Day Spa accidentally years ago when they first opened. Their cozy little spa is always spotlessly clean, nurturing and calm. They use only the best products, clean and natural and effective. I've had many massages of all types (hot stone, aromatherapy, Himalayan salt, CBD, and more) along with many many wonderful facials (pumpkin mask, layered, citrus, and more). I can honestly say each and every service I have had over the years has been exceptional. I love that they always have a pot of healing tea brewing to greet you when you arrive. They sometimes have monthly specials, which gets me trying new things. So fun! Everyone who works there is calm and kind, professional and efficient. I've bought nice unique gifts and self-care products from the spa over the years (like The Proper Roller) and I am so grateful for their knowledge that has helped me take care of my body and ease pain. I have not returned in a while simply based on location. I prefer using ones that are near my residence but it appears that they may have moved since I was there. Massage was goo, masseuse was friendly, but in general the welcome was lacking since there didn't seem to ba a receptionist. Size and decor was nice and merchandise seemed appropriate. I've been coming here for two years. At one point I was coming every week. Over the years I've brought my husband and son but couldn't my daughter because she was too young. She's been excited to come here like her brother since she was 10 when I started coming here. I waited until my daughter's 12th birthday to bring her here. My daughter and I share the same birthday and we planned a special day around coming to get massages together. It's also my birthday. My little girl has OCD and severe anxiety. She was nervous, since it's her first time getting a massage. I thought the most awkward part would be to get undressed down to her underwear. That's what we focused on before going. I didn't think anything else could go wrong. I had already undressed when one of the therapists came in saying my daughter said she's 10. Huh? Turns out I had fill the form too fast and wrote the wrong last number for her birth year. I'm used to writing 2024 and I accidentally wrote 2014 instead of 2012. Anyway, therapist Kristen busted in when my daughter was completely undressed and already nervous. Ask her for her age which my daughter responded with "I turned 12 today". She didn't believe her and told her that she's 10. My daughter got scared, frozen and couldn't answer any of her questions. I threw a shirt over so I could come out to see what's happening. To make matters worst, Beth the therapist was commenting in the background suggesting that I was a liar and asking my daughter for proof. While repeating "Children should know their age" (Do you have children? Do you have children with special needs? Do you know what happens when a child is scared?) They made us feel like criminals instead of frequent guest who they've known and seen for two years. We ended up not able to get massages. Not only was our birthday ruined (both my and my daughter's).... My daughter is now completely traumatized and refuses to get another massage. Receptionist didn't say a word. Didn't try to understand what happened. Didn't ask us if we are okay. Didn't try to keep us as a customer. Didn't try to make things right. No apologies. Nothing. My coming here for years, spending thousands and this is how I am treated on my birthday. Extremely disappointing, offensive and traumatizing. read more

We came here in April 2022 for a girls trip. There was 7 of us. All of us absolutely loved our services. This place is a small spa, with no extra amenities, which means affordable prices for great service! They were able to get all of us in over the span of the morning/ afternoon, we each did a massage and a facial. As someone who works in the industry, these little places are my favorite spas to go to. The girls were all great. The price point was amazing, and was perfect after a night out on the town! The facility itself is very clean & comfortable the receptionist very nice. I Scheduled a 65 minute massage with Brinley was the worst massage I've had in my life & I have massages often but I'm not even sure if you could call it a massage. Brinley could use some skills in basic touch even if she does not know how to Massage or where the key points are for releasing lactic acid you would think she could perform basic touch therapy for relaxing but she wasn't capable of that either. I felt no different from the moment I entered the place to the time I left if other than frustrated and a complete waste of 65 minutes. If she has a license in massage therapy I would hope that maybe she was just having a really bad day and was basically falling asleep while she was pushing on me Otherwise she should choose another career. I still tipped her but will not be going back again. The receptionist was very kind and discounted the cost due to my experience so that was much appreciated. read more
