Please take a look of everything I was being sold. All I wanted was a peel. Lol. What a joke and waste of my time. MOST REPUTABLE SPAS AND CLINICS PROVIDE A WRITTEN QUOTE FOR TRANSPARENCY. A few possible reasons why they may have denied it. They want you to feel pressured to book on the spot. They may change pricing depending on the client, the consultant, or how much they think you'll spend. Not giving a printout makes it easier for them to adjust prices later without proof. If the consultant works on commission, keeping everything verbal lets them control the conversation and steer you into upgrades without accountability. & a written quote creates a paper trail. If they later tried to charge more or swap treatments, you'd have proof. Denying it keeps them in control. Trustworthy businesses want you to have everything clear in writing. Not here. As soon as this lady realized I wasn't booking her whole demeanor changed. Instantly. This place is all about sales and commission, not actual skin care. Owner/Manager: Do not message me about this!
