My dad was told that they were busy and that's why his burger took so long to get recooked- but the restaurant was half full. When one of the servers heard that my dad didn't want the burger anymore he told him "that's fine, I'll eat it." My brother in law got his to go and it was still burnt. They also told him that they wouldn't give him fries with his to go order because he already ate his fries. Not a big deal, but at this point why be a jerk and point it out?
