(With an assist from another customer that insisted that we would love the Delice de Bourgogne) Prices were reasonable enough for the quality. We added some gourmet crackers that were neutral enough to not overpower the cheese. The next day, we made the three cheeses the focus of our lunch. The Delice de Bourgogne was the star of the show, a creamy, earthy, and savory masterpiece. The two year aged Gouda and creamy blue cheese were delightful as well! The 8oz pack is $8 and worth every penny. I settled on 2 -Maple Cheddars. This down come off sweet from the syrup but the flavor is addictive. I have some as a snack at night. I also bought 1 -Great Garlic Parm. The most kick you in the face with flavor. It's really potent and I find works best spread on good warmed Braided semolina Bread. Best thing to serve with your pasta dinner. This is a small family business who love their product and they should it's a great one. There are shipping fees obviously.
